Bad new Dash phone From T Mobile
Supposedly a new Dash and it does not receive email and T mobile refuse to exchange it even though we had it for 2-3 weeks only. Unfortunately we just signed up for another 2 years. We are going to the FCC if we can not find relief. I talked to 10 of there support people and there is no word to describe what they sound like.

Faulty phones and shipping charges
I have been a loyal T-Mobile ( compnay with least care and appreciation for its customers) customer for 5 years. I bought a new phone for my daughter and since the phone arrived, it has been acting up, gets into silet mode at will . I was out on a holiday for the last 10 days and i just got back and called T-Mobile customer care, and am told they will ship a new phone and I have to pay shipping for the new phone. I find this ridiculous for a phone that is 19 days old and when i have been out for more than a week of that 19 days. I would not cut short a family vacation to come back and complain against my phone. The phone companies should take more responsibility for the equipment they sell rather than point fingers at Motorola the manufacturer.
