Unauthorized charges
This company claims to give result with their product or your money will be refunded. Well after contacting this company on several occassions about this faulty product I have yet to received the refund I was promised. Each person I have talked with pretending to be a supervisor has made false promises of sending my claim to the refund department and in two or three days I should see a refund. I have talked with several people in the company to include what was suppose to be supervisor and the last one I talked to told me there was no one above him in the company as far as supervisors go. His name was supposedly Chris but I have to believe that these people are also using fake names in the process. After putting him on the spot and asking if he was running the entire company himself since there was no one above him he hung the phone up in my face with no warning. I encourage anyone not to go to this web site nor order this product if they see it anywhere else being advertised. The company does not stand up to their obligations nor does the product.

I have called 4 times and sat on hold for over 1/2 hour each time to get a refund (which of course did not happen because they are a bunch of lying scam artists!!!). This company took $87.13 out of my account WITHOUT my permission. I also paid an additional $4.95 for a product (acaiberry) that I NEVER received. I am through calling this SCAM company! They are a bunch of rip-off artists that should ALL be thrown in prison!! I have read hundreds of the same complaints from innocent people just like me! I plan to file complaints with the U.S. Attorney General's Office, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and ripoffreport.com. I hope everyone of these scam artists burn in hell for stealing money from hard working, innocent...AMERICANS!!! Not one of these freaking, ignorant bastards can even speak English! They should fry for that crime also! I will not stop and neither will the hundreds of other people they ripped off until we receive our MONEY BACK IN FULL!!!

Acai Berry
I saw this advertisement on e-bay. You pay for the shipping and get a 30 day free trial. They then charge your credit card $87.13 and you cannot get in touch with company. They put you on hold and never pick up the phone. Yesterday I was on hold for over an hour.

Scam
Ad stated for trial bottle of Acai pills $3.95 and bottle of Body cleanse $3.95 - I ordered, they charged my checking acct $87.13 twice - their customer svc says you have to read the fine print - I didn't get my product right away anyway - as soon as I saw charge on my checking acct I called, 1-14-09, cancelled what they call a "membership" - then they deducted twice on 1-20-09 87.13 again - my checking acct is overdrawn, plus they charged twice .69cents for "over the border fees"?? I've got my postal receipts that they received both bottles back with RMA#'s they gave me - they put you on hold, all are foreigners that you speak to, no one will give you names, phone numbers or any info - you just go around and around - it is a scam and now I can't get my money back, I'm in tears - just got off the phone again 1-22-09 with them again and you can clearly hear them smiling at your frustration, too. They know it's a scam and they have you - what am I supposed to do, I live in NY...no one cares but I have to do this on principal now...please help me bury them...

Acai Berry weight loss sample bottle
I saw an ad online about a free sample of the Acai Berry product for weight loss. I started filling out the form for the free sample which required my credit card information for shipping and handling. I decided immediately after putting the numbers in that I should do more research before giving them my information so I did not complete the application. I did start receiving phone calls at home which I answered and told them that I was not interested in the free sample or the product and I did not wish them to contact me again. This happened twice. I did receive a sample in the mail which I thought was their way of trying to get me to change my mind. Oh No! They charged my credit card account 87.13 for Dec. and Jan. (I only have the one sample bottle). I am livid. I want to start or join a class action lawsuit for this kind of fraud. We cannot stand for this kind of theft.
