This was a total scam! Wanted to try the 30day trial and there wasNO SMALL PRINT stating that I would be charged any further! They are automatically charging my card $87.13 and are not answering the 866-646-1003 number listed next to the charge.

I to got ripped off by SWM and Max Colon- what can we do to sue these two deceptive companies? Someone needs top get the ball rolling. I will help.

I am a retired criminal investigator and was scammed by SWM Laboratories when they offered a free trial of VITAL REZ V for just $3.95 S&H. The product never arrived, but they charged my credit card $87.13 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Having dealt with criminals like this many times, I called my credit card company and immediately notifed them, but they had already authorized the charge and would not force the company to credit me back. So I cancelled my credit card.

I finally got the fraud division on the line and they got SWM on the phone and I proceeded to get into a screaming match with the SWM person and told them they were a bunch of scum bags and would do whatever I could to help institutionalize them in a Florida prison. So here's how I am handling this. I immediately contacted the Florida State Attorney General's office of Consumer Protection at 850-414-3990 and then filed a complaint on line. The consumer fraud person I spoke to said that this company is under active investigation and they welcome additional complaints. CALL THEM NOW!

Next I called NBC Channel 6 (WTVJ) at 954-622-6000 and asked them to begin a consumer affairs investigation into this company and they are interested. I have volunteered to do an interview with them. This will force the AG's office to step it up a bit. CALL THEM NOW!

I also asked Wells Fargo Credit Card Division who can be reached at 1-800-723-5533 to stop honoring any and all transactions from this comapny. They are reviewing the situation right now. If they don't, I am going to do my banking elsewhere. So, get on the phone and make your voices heard. ONE DEDICATED PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. CALL THEM NOW!

Finally if the government won't look out for us, and the credit card companies won't stop doing business with them, lets get together and launch a class action lawsuit against them. Don't just complain, CALL THEM NOW!

I had wanted to get the 2 week trial of the AcaiBerryDetoxifier. At first I thought I was requesting a free 2 week sample but after seeing an autoship for 87.13 I called and canceled my account with them. However...now nearly a month later...I see another auto billing for a different product called TopBerryColonHealth...and the phone number brought me to the SWM Laboratories Customer Service...but the reps there say they are not affiliated with the product. There is no way I can cancel this different product as the phone number it gives on my bank statement takes me to SWM Laboratories Customer Service, and I have never once received any email conformations of any of these products or accounts.

I have never even heard of TopBerryColonHealth until I saw it in my bank account statement...and when I called to cancel it they told me the only account they have for me was for the Acai Berry Detoxifier and that my account was previously cancelled. I told them about the TopBerryColonHealth and they said that is not one of their products. I told them the phone number listed in my bank statement is their number...they said they will pass it along to higher authorities and investigate it. So...in the mean time how am I supposed to stop these blind-sided auto billings from occurring??? I can't afford to have hundreds of dollars vanishing from my account each month without me even knowing about it!

I was scammed on the acai berry by swm laboratories. They charged my card after I had cancelled and then refused to grant me a refund. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CC INFORMATION TO SWM LABORATORIES.
