After a teaser that gave some vague info for my genealogy and me joining for the VIP membership ($39.95) My info disappeared and I couldn't get it back and there was no further info available. It seems my grandmother who existed 5 seconds before no longer existed. Not only that but neither do I. Never born, never married, never divorced. What a huge ripoff. There are so many complaints how can they still be operating??
