I am thoroughly disgusted with Superior Internet Solutions. After repeatedly being assured that they would have personalized professional service with keen oversight of the website, I have come to discover that they were misleading me and have essentially tapped into our bottom line. Never will that happen again!
From when we signed on with them in June 29, 2007, we only noticed a few clients populate into the system that we drove to the site. We never experienced any new "fresh" referrals. So it was in December that I was speaking with Amber Bontempi from Superior Internet Solutions. She proposed that we begin a new site designed to drive business to the mortgage site. The new site was to be a real estate site that showed the viewer at their request different homes that were listed on the MLS. In fact, all the site did whenever one inquired of a home was forward them to my mortgage site. The real estate site said it would give the viewer a list of various homes in the category they were wanting information on within 24 hours, but it never did. It simply went to my site. I felt that that was misleading and deceptive since it pretended to be something it wasn't. I pleaded with Superior to discontinue the real estate site since it didn't provide the service that I expected nor was promised and it reflected upon our mortgage company negatively.
And after repeatedly requesting that they discontinue the site, would you know that they still (4 months later) have not discontinued the site? I feel like the one that is being managed and have little control over my own company. And that angers me greatly. Furthermore, I have contested the billing and will report the unprofessionism to the NAMB and the BBB, and am considering litigation.
Superior must know that the ultimte control and responsibility belongs to the client not vice versa.
I would never, never, never recommend Superior Internet Solutions to anyone. It has become a nightmare.
