I have bought things from Farmers for many years. I have bought 2 different sets of mattress sets and both of them start sagging within about 5 months or so. I have been having to have back injections because of this mattress . My back didn't hurt like it hurts now, but besides that my husband had never had any ba k problems until now. Neither of us are satisfied with these sorry mattreses you guys sale. We have had the set we have now for about 1 1/2 yrs and neither of us can barely stand up when getting out of bed in the mornings. I am very discouraged with this company, because I keep getting bad merchandise from you. I am also contacting the BBB sue to this matter. I thought when we changed the first time and even paid more money for the second one we could atleast sleep on something comfortable for several yrs, but it's already failed us for the second time. I have told all my friends and relatives NOT to shop at any of your stores because the quality of your items are very poor. I live in Dacula, GA and have bought the last 2sets from your store in Winder Ga. I now owe about 1, 000 to a DR for injections that I probably wouldn't have to have done if it wasn't for these sorry mattres that we are sleeping in our own body shape that is imprinted that never goes away. I am in the process of hiring a Lawyer to help me . So wanted to let you know what actions I have started. I don't want to do this, but when you get 2 sets of mattress that causes me to have to have worse problems for me and my husband I am very furious. We dint have a lot of money and hard to get by and we can't even get a desent night sleep . You should be hearing from my Lawyer very soon !!! Not Happy, Tania Hyers

We purchased the Spring Air Corsicana mattress on December 11, 2010. On 2/14/2011 we made a complaint to the JC Penney store and they have since sent us a "warranty packet). We are waiting for a response from the store.
