Very poor service!
I purchased a phone card from speedypin.com. I specifically chose their AIRES card for the lowest rate (9 cents US/min) to a UK cell phone so that I could contact my wife while she traveled to the UK. I bought a $20 card (with a 69 cent weekly surcharge). That works out to over 200 minutes of talk. I called my wife's UK cell phone several times over the course of FIVE days (that's less than 1 week so only one 69 cent surcharge). I talked for a total of about 40 minutes. My balance should be about $20-0.69-40(0.09) = $15.71.
Yet, my speedypin.com phone card told me that my phone card balance is about $11. I used the card for 20 more minutes talking to my wife. Then, I called speedypin.com tech support. They confirmed that I had been overcharged, and would credit my balance within 30 minutes...
The next day when I go to use my speedypin.com card, my balance is now $7 (it should be approximately $13.80). I immediately called speedypin, com tech support who AGAIN confirms that the balance is not right. She also claims that my balance was credited $3 the day before... So, if they had not given me that credit (which is wrong), my balance would $4 ($16 spent) for 60 minutes of talk. That is 23 cents per minutes... Almost three times what they advertised... She says that "speedypin.com will credit some more money to my balance". Not very reassuring that she doesn't seem to know how much she should credit. Sounded like they are going to put some more piddly money on my balance, keep overcharging me, and hope I give up.
SPEEDYPIN.COM appears to be a big scam, or at best, incompetent... Read the other complaints on this site!

Triple charged
I bought one of the phone cards advertised on speedypin.com and was triple charged on every phone call I made with that card. I had to call customer service of the vendor after every call to get the minutes back. When there were still 100 minutes on the card left the card was suddenly empty. Speedypin promised that they would refund the purchase price, but what a hassle. I will never buy from them again.

Sell crap phone cards from crap companies!
When i went to the website the first time i decided to do some research about them first. I found a website posting complaints and some back and forth between a customer and the customer complaints department. The department claimed to take care of everything if you just voice your complaint to them. Well, in hopes that i wouldn't be scammed in the first place, i bought a card from them. First of all, i was charged more than i should have been per minute. Second of all, after a week of not using the card, i lost about half my credit, maybe more. I sent an email to the complaint dept and they were nice about getting back to me and even called me. They gave me a card with enough credit for one hour's worth of call time (my credit lost was probably worth 3-4 hours of call time) ... I was expecting follow up because they said they were going to retrieve records from the other company. Speedypin doesn't sell their own cards, they sell cards from other companies. Expecting follow up, it never came. I contacted them again via email, and they gave me a number to contact the company that ripped me off. The responsibility was off their shoulders, they gave it to the other guys. Now, granted they went to some small length to make things right, but not nearly to the extent that they say they do. I understand that the phone cards are not their own. But if they are selling them, and claiming customer service, then they should make good on that, and maybe they shouldn't sell crap phone cards from crap companies.

I will never buy from them again!
You know those sites, which sell products and have no responsibility of what they sell. Their motto is "we sell it, you buy it, we get your money and hell with your satisfaction". This is how Speedypin functions. I purchased prepaid phone card STi Free from their site. The card acted weird, minutes were disappearing even without taking. When I made calls, I was charged 4 times more than I've talked in reality. I contacted both carrier reps and sellers. Carrier reps were trying to correct their mistakes, but speedy.com just blocked my e-mail. Nice behavior, isn't it?
