Unprofessional company!
Photo Ornaments: This is service is f*cking ridiculous! I have been treated like ABSOLUTE garbage from this company!
1 – I get emails ALL the time begging for my $ and my business.
I finally place an order... (admittedly, naively, I placed a very large order thinking that the company had their shit together) on NOVEMBER 27, 2007. Expected ship date was DECEMBER 3, 2007. I waited, waited and waited patiently until Dec 12th before I contacted this p.o.s. company regarding my order.
2 – Next I was emailed some bullshit form letter about how processing had been delayed due to a high demand for these products…well what a f*cking surprise…it is CHRISTMAS TIME,... idiots. This email could have been sent LONG BEFORE i contacted them! Sayyyy... around Dec 3, when it was supposed to have already been processed...
I responded... peeved, but politely to this email and asked for a tracking number and for my shipment method to be upgraded free of charge (like they said they would do in their form letter - that they apparently didn't even READ).
I received the following email:

3 – I then asked for the damn tracking number AGAIN... and was ignored AGAIN. This time, however I received no kind of email AT ALL.
4 – December 19th... I CALL this excuse for a customer service department. I am told that it is being shipped out today and that my shipping order has been upgraded. (and magically I get this email confirming my purchase, as if they were just waiting for me to CALL, in order to actually get what i have already paid for!!!)
5 – So I call back, not more than 10 MINUTES after i get off of the phone with the last person, to MAKE SURE that I am going to be getting overnight shipping, AS I WAS TOLD BEFORE…and the incompetent person that answered my call this time said that I would be getting my order by Dec. 26th. I had not been upgraded! This is bullshit... as I should be receiving OVERNIGHT delivery from those freaking people.
My shipping was NOT upgraded... I received no discount…and now I can’t even use these damn ornaments!
WHAT A FRAUD!!!
I placed this order almost a MONTH ago. I was never contacted UNTIL I made an effort to be informed about that status of my order. The status never changed on my account information page. I have wasted $170.00 with this company. I have been a loyal HP user for 6 years now, I have purchased 3 laptops from this company, various other computer equipment and have been using SnapFish’s photo processing since this summer.
I AM OUTRAGED!
This has go to be FAR and AWAY the MOST unprofessional company I have EVER done business with. They will NEVER get business from me again. They will never be recommended by me to ANYONE! IF I ever receive these products – they are on the first bus back to this shit-company and I will expect their “110% refund crap promise” to be upheld. I am sure this will be a nightmare as well!
They can shove these ornaments up their incompetent butts!

Didn't receive order, no response from customer service
I ordered photo gifts from Snapfish on Nov 26th, figuring that would give me plenty of time for them to arrive for Christmas. Well, it's Dec 17th, I haven't received my order yet, and even though the customer support page promises 1 day response time, it's been five days since I've contacted them, and I haven't gotten a response yet. Their lack of phone number is really making me mad.

Program deleted after downloading snapfish!
I thought that the snapfish program sounded great... upload your photos to snapfish and they will also be downloaded into your picture files... well no it didn't happen that way. Once I downloaded the snapfish program I was no longer able to download my digital photos directly to my files... I've sent many many emails for assistance with no answers from snapfish.
My photos have been hijacked and the "deal" with snapfish is not a deal... BEWARE AND DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM TO YOUR COMPUTER.

Poor service!
Every year, I make a photo book for my daughter, and we view it as a family the night of her birthday. I've made at least four books with Snapfish and have been satisfied in the past. But this time, I ordered my book almost a month in advance. It is now five days before the big day, and after two weeks of e-mailing back and forth with customer service, I have finally reached someone competent enough to tell me my order did not "upload properly." Apparently "engineering has been contacted." My book will be out in "two to three days," according to the e-mail I received. I am demanding free expedited shipping, in hopes that it will get here when needed. They appear to be ignoring this request! I can't find a number to talk to a real person, which would be quite helpful in this situation!

Poor service - mail in film
I mailed in film around Dec 2 2006 and just now got my pictures back (this is Feb 4). Granted, this could be a complaint aimed at the US Postal service, I have no way of knowing for sure.
Anyway, the photos came back and several were missing. I like snapfish for Digital prints - have used them for Christmas cards, etc. and had great service, but never, never will I send a roll of film in the mail again.

Shipping scam!
I hope no one is trying to get the Christmas photo cards from Snapfish. I started 12/10 and thought, yes thought I had plenty of time because I was going to use the 2nd day shipping. It is 12/19 and I still don't have them. After emailing the customer service, or lack of, I find out they sent them regular mail. And after I demanded my money back, I was refunded a big $4 for the difference in shipping.
I just can't seem to get "Charlie" to understand getting your Christmas cards as this late makes the total order useless. I have asked for a refund 3 times, but all I get is that they should be delivered in 5-7 days. So, maybe I should have made my message: "Thanks to Snapfish, hope you HAD a nice Christmas"?
I would have never ordered these cards had there not been a 2nd day option for shipping... I am not wondering, was that just a scam to get people to spend their money for something that will come so late you can't even use it???

15 cents is less then 9 cents!
Snapfish (www.snapfish.com) is an online digital photo sales. I usually buy from Kodakgallery.com which has great pictures for $.15 ea. Only 1.49 to have pics sent to local store.
Pulled in by Snap fish $.09 per pic sale, and shipping was $.49 per 10 pics. I went over to Kodak when it was to late just to compare apples to apples and Kodak was cheaper and better.
What a lesson, 15 cents is less then 9 cents. Go figure!
