UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I have been being charged on my debit account causing overdraft charges to my account. I am a single mother and currently not getting support for my two children and I would greatly appreciate the charges and fees to be refunded. the dates are for 11/03 for $1.00, 11/03 for $4.88, 11/07 for $29.95 causing fees of 29.00 x 2 = $58.00 for a total of = $93.83

unauthorized charges on my bank statement. I never order anything from this company. I called to cancel, but the charges showed up again this month.

UnAuthorized charge to my bank account
Charged my bank card $29.95 without my knowledge or permission. This was after I tried to purchase a DVD on hotmoviesale.com site and then was told they were out of stock and my order was cancelled. Total order price was only 96 cents, advertised with free shipping.. and the DVD is still listed on their site. Also charged an additional $1 for something, no idea what the charges were for. They have been disputed by my bank.

charged for service i didn't sign up for
for three months i have been charged 14.95 for some service i never signed up for ..all i did was last april i bought a book . It never said anything about giving away my information. I don't make a lot of money and this place is stealing my money from me .

UNKNOWINGLY CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERD OR RECEIVED
PURCHASED A DVD MOVIE FOR JUST OVER 5 BUCKS. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER NOTICED ANOTHER CHARGE FOR $19.95. NO EXPLANATION, NO OTHER MOVIE ORDERED. JUST A DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION FOR $19.95. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY INTERNET TO NO AVAIL.
