Overcharges
I ordered smart lids and pd.$14.95 for postage on a $100.00 lids. I want to report charges, for stuff that doesnt even work. They will only pay my $10.. back after all this overcharege for sending me the lids that weigh hardly anything for this plastic. consumers has to be reported of their offenses. Its a scam, and consumers are bveing taken after you read all the reports, including mine. it is a rippoff.

Disappointing product
Very disappointing product. In the Internet age, one would expect companies to put out products that mostly work. Thanks to all who bothered to review this item. Unauthorized charges
I ordered the 'Smart Lidz' - buy 2 sets, get 2 sets free (supposedly). When the products arrived, I noticed an outrageous bill, $67.70. I was paying for 2 supposedly free large lids that were on backorder & I was charged $15.90 shipping & handling for these. I immediately cancelled that backorder. After returning the lids (a rip-off. since they didn't work). I was informed that I would not receive $31.80 (shipping & handling). I paid $31.80 for nothing! Chef Tony should be stopped from these rip-off practices. There is no way the shipping/handling of this 'worthless' product should be so high! Please, let's shut him down!

Shipping and handling charges
They charge the $10 for the merchandise as advisterize on TV, but the shipping & hndlg. charges are #36.75. This company is a fruad...they will not answer the 'phone given nor will they reimbure the shg. & hndlg. charges.

Been charged but never received the items!
They advertised on TV these lids to cover bowls. I ordered on March 3, 2008 and they said it costs $10.00 but they charged my credit card on March 5, 2008 for $30.00 and after 6 weeks, April 14, 2008 I still do not received the lids. I keep calling them and the answer was always call back because the customer service agents are busy with other customers.
