Buyers beware
Marwest sells inferior products and do not return Customer Service calls. I've made repeated calls and emails to this company from Nov. '08 to Feb. 26, 2009. They do not return calls. Today actually I got a live person on the phone using the International Customer Service phone number listed! I refused to hang up until someone talked to me. I got transferred to voicemail again like a hundred times before. I called the same International Customer Service Representative back and refused to hang up with her until she got me some kind of results. FINALLY one rude representative named Amanda Sifuentes came on. I asked for a return shipping label because I was scared to send the faulty Emergency Dialer (that I waited weeks for) without getting reimbursed first. No, they don't do that. I asked Amanda for a simple email acknowlegment that we had spoken about the faulty emergency dialer. No, she could not send an email acknowledgment. She said (bitchingly) that I would get an email when THEY received the returned item. I explained my reluctance to let go of the item I had in my hand without some kind of simple reassurance I would get a replacement or refund. She angerly said to send the item to them. I asked to be transferred to her manager to leave a voicemail and guess what! Yup, I got disconnected. SOoooo I will send the faulty Emergency Dialer with Receipt Confirmation Delivery. I am going to lodge every kind of complaint I can about this company for the treatment I've received over 3 months... whether I ever get a refund or replacement. Wish me luck. If I were you I would not order or deal with Marwest or Skylink or one of the 15-20 other names they operate under.
