On March 6, I purchased 3 items from Shamrock Gardens Antiques, sent check payable to Adrian Simmons, which cleared my bank on March 14th. Since then, I have not received either the Items or a refund and have been given fantastic excuses for the failure to conclude this transaction. You know the old story, package is on its way or the refund check is in the mail.
