Securedpaymentcenter.com delayed paying my refund which was requested within the timeframe of eight weeks money back guarantee.they now are unable to pay my refund as i was merely enquiering about the said refund of $429, and not claiming the said refund as it was already claimed and Securedpaymentcenter.com had promised to refund.
It seems that i have been ripped off.
