A year ago, we purchased two annual membership passes to seaworld and used their monthly payment plan which charges $7.49 for each pass monthly for a year... Well one year and a few months later, they were still charging us! Even after our membership expired. We called them about it and they gave us some BS about how they continue to charge because some customers like the discounts, blah blah blah, and that you have to call to cancel. I went back online and it's plainly stated on their site that they are only suppose to charge for the value of the annual membership, which at 7.49 per month for 12 months comes out to the exact value of the annual membership. How is any reputable company going to continue to charge for services we can't even access anymore... how can they rightly justify continuing to charge for a membership that's no longer good and that has already been paid for in full?? They said they will refund our money (because they know they're full of it) so we'll see... anyway, just wanted to warn everyone that if you choose to do the monthly payments... make sure you call them back a year later so they don't continue to charge you! Ridiculous!!
