unsolicited coffee and refusal to reimburse
I tried their introductory coffee package. Then they started sending me coffee that I did not ask for the very next day. When I called to see what was going on they said that by trying the package I committed myself to buying the coffee. No where was that mentioned in the ad. They said to send the coffee back and that I would be refunded. I did that and they still billed me for the coffee the next bill. They had plenty of time to get the returned coffee and credit my credit card.

Charges and refunds
I fell for the $2.00 gimic of 2 packages of coffee and 2 travel mugs. The day received the package, I called to cancel . within 2 days, there were 2 seperate deductions from my account for the amount of $39.70. I sent both packages back with return to sender on packages and then waited about 2 weeks to call again. They told me it takes 3-5 weeks for the packages to come back to the "office " so they can reimburse customers. But they will not tell you when the packages were scanned for shipment. That way they can keep changing when the 30 day billing cycles begins and ends

Returned ordered still waiting on refund
Oredered a package of coffee from them, with in 2 days I had 2 orders I had not placed since they said you had 15 days to cancel membership. I called the company to see what needed to be done. They said refuse the package and they will send it back to them. Well it was shipped UPS and they dropped it off at the post office. I personally took the packages to the postoffice and dropped them off on June 22, 2009. I waited for almost a month and called them back, they said it takes 6 to 8 weeks for them to receive the packages and that they had not recevied them yet. So I waited 2 more weeks and called back, they said they did not have them. I asked them to do a trace on the packages and they wanted me to do it, I told them that the shipper has to run a trace, but they did not want to do their job. So I called UPS and they could not give any info except they showed it being picked up. on August 20, I called again and gave the lady my information and she said she was going to get my refund started. I called on October 2, and said my refund was put in and I should get it in 10 days. I called today October 26, and they said they had a complete computer crash and lost all refunds (shocker) I am now told that it will take 14 business days for my card to be refunded. I will be calling back on that day I am sure of.
I am very dissappointed with this company and do not know how they can stay in business. This company is a PHARSE! I will be sending this to the BBB and hopefully they can do something.

Charged after Cancel
I cancelled the account and they still charged my card! I have had to have my bank close the acount and issue me a new card. BEWARE!!! Do not use these people.

Unauthorized Charges for Tea
I ordered the trial order offer when it got here I was not satisfied with the tea and tried cancelling within the trial time but still has not been able to get anyone on the phone, I left over four messages and still has not recieved a return call, since then they have charged my credit card $41.60 for another order I do not want or did not request and is unable to get intouch with the company to cancell

Refund Not sent to me
I ordered the special of 2 lbs of coffee for 5.99. Every few days my debit card was charged 38.99 and I was covered over with coffee. I called immediately and stopped this mess. Told them I was sending the coffee back immediately and I did. That was in June of 2009. Seven phone calls later and I have only received a refund of 38.99 and that was just last week. I am furious and just made my 8th phone call telling them I was contacting my local TV stations and Georgia Watch ( A consumer Advocacy Group in Atlanta). They promised someone would get in touch with me and as that is a promise I have had before, I do not believe them. I will never do business with this group again.

unauthorized billing
I joined for a once Seattle Coffee Direct for once a month and have been sent coffee from two days to five days and have been billed for each time. Each time I call to cancel I cannot get through on the phone. Their website does not have a place to cancel memberships. What do i do?

Fraud
Ordered in good faith a 2lbs. for five dollars sampler and was charged a total of 140.00 for a daily delivery of 2 pounds of coffee. Sent them back with the driver the next day and called to cancel this mess. I was told to expect my money in 30-60 days, however, they have another scam here; by the time you are expecting your funds, they say it is too late, the return policy has expired. Out of $ 140.00 for some coffee. Unbelievable
Surely there is someone here that knows a good lawyer?

Not getting my refund
I requested a free sample of Coffe and received 9 shipments of $38.95 each. This was in May. In June I sent 7 1/2 shipments back via UPS and requested a refund. In August I received a partial refund and called the company. They told me that after two billing periods following the date they received the refund request from corporote (July 17, 2009) I could expect the remaining refund of 4 shipments totally $155.80. I called again on September 28 and was told that the refund had been authorized but would take 1-2 weeks to show on my bank statement. Today I looked at my pending bank Statement and no refund. I called Seattle direct and a message said they were closed but that a representative would call me back. How do I get my remaining refund? my email address is: [email protected].
