I got sucked into five for five dollars coffee . They charged me 25.00 and then charged me 38.00 more for what I don't know. I canceled as soon as I saw them taking money out. I have repeatedly tried to get my money back to no avail. They tell me a line and do nothing.

BEWARE, BEWARE... I cancelled from this company years ago and just found another unauthorized billing to my credit card for $78... This company and their counterpart World Tea Direct are both the biggest rip-off companies on the internet... I heard of them by via a Wal-Mart prize giveaway "pop-up" and figured they would be safe and boy was I wrong.. they are one nightmare after another... I agreeded to a $2 sample and they have cost me over $150 and have never credited my account with the returns... talk about a band of thieves...

They are running an illegal business! I signed up for free coffee from them in June 2009. A week after receiving my first shipment, I received another shipment. I did not want to continue the membership so I called and cancelled it and asked to return my shipment. I was told to mark it return to sender and take to post office and then I would receive a refund. I did as instructed. 30 days later I still had not received my refund so I contacted the company and was told they had up to 90 days to make the refund. 90+ days later, still no refund. Today, 11/27/2009, I checked my checking account balance and found that they have withdrawn $79 from my checking account. They were not authorized since I had cancelled my membership, and have not received any product for the cost.

PLEASE BE VERRRRRRY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THE COMPANY.

I have filed a complaint with the Chicago Better Business Burea.

I replied to a offer for $2.00 I could get two bags of coffee and 2 travel mugs, I got the package and tried the coffee, it really wasn't all that great, I called the number that was in the paperwork and at that time I was told a new package was already on the way, and that 2 more were coming after that...Now at this time I am livid, how many days is a free trial??? I replied on the 11th of Sept, got the coffee on the 14th and that same day they sent out a new package, then again on the 21st and the 22nd!!! My bank account had been charged $39.70 for each of these transactions that were never authorized!!! I called several times and each time was told that it will be a few weeks and I would see the credits back on my account, I also had the promise of a call back from a manager, I had also left messages, nothing has happened, no call back, no credits...finally I contacted my bank and they are investigating the fraud of this company...hopefully I will see something back into my account within 15 days...This has really put a bad taste in my mouth over all of this...I will in the future google a company before taking part in a "free" trial again

Terrible company to do business with. Continues to send orders and bills my credit card with double charges even after i finally recieve an cancellation number last Sept. It took me 3 months of trying to reach cust. service to cancel. After only agreeing to try a sample, it has cost me over $600.00 dollars in charges I have not authorized and I just received another $79.00 charge 3 days ago on my credit card. I have been trying for 3 days now to reach someone in Cust.Service and have left a call back request 2 or 3 times each day and still cannot reach anyone. I will never do business these people again. They have also billed me from a company called Java Direct with duplicate bills for the same orders as seattle Coffee Direct. When am I going to get these folks to quit billing me for orders i don't want
