I am supposed to be getting and paying for 1 shipment a month and i am getting 2 and 3 and being charged $38.95
I received an offer for 2 12 oz bags of coffee a month & to be charged once a month so far its been 2 to 3 shipments a month and $38.95 per shipment. I did not agree to pay almost 100.00 a month for coffee and can not get shipments to stop!!!

Overcharged and 3 returns not credited
On 05/16/08 I accepted an offer for 2 mugs and 2 bags of coffee for $5.00. My account was charged $25.00. On 3 subsequent dates (05/21/08, 05/27/08 and 06/05/08) my account was charged $48.95 for shipments that were returned as "refused-cancelled". To date, Seattle Coffee Direct owes me $166.85 for merchandise that was returned. I have not been able to locate a customer service number to complain and refute these charges. I am disabled and on a low to very-low fixed income. I need assistance in recovering this money.

cost
to many orders coming in The cost is too much I'm paying almost $50.00 for 24oz of coffee what's the deal to much too soon call for shipment to come in once every two months hope is works can I get a coffee machine or cup for my purchase I need help here thank you in advance

overcharging/over shipping
Yes, these people are crooks. They way overcharged and sent me several packages. I refused them all. I wasn't paying $49.85 for Coffee. no way. So, I tried taking care of this through my bank but they couldn't help because they had my personal information. I found this out 3 months later after their investigation. I got the correct phone number from my bank that they had used and called them. I got and instant refund. This must happen all the time because they didn't ask any questions.
So, the trick is to refuse the product as soon as you find out about the absurd charges and call them for a refund. I hope this helps some one because I have been going through hell because of this.

UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS & NO PRODUCT
I RESPONDED TO ONE OF THOSE RIDICULOUS ONLINE SURVEYS TO RECEIVE A SET OF RACHEL RAE COOKWARE. I HAVE NOT SEEN NOR HEARD A WORD ABOUT THE COOKWARE EVEN THOUGH I FULFILLED THE SURVEY OBLIGATIONS. SEATTLE COFFEE DIRECT HAS DEBITED 3 SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 DAYS. THE FIRST DEBIT WAS FOR $25.00, SECOND DEBIT WAS $48.95 AND THE THIRD DEBIT SO FAR WAS $48.95. TOTALING $122.90. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE COFFEE BEAN FROM THESE PEOPLE! I HAVE NOTIFIED MY BANK. EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF SEATTLE COFFEE DIRECT!! I DON'T BELIEVE THEY ARE EVEN LOCATED IN SEATTLE. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION AS TO HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THESE IDIOTS?

Unauthorized billing
I signed up with seattle coffee to take advantage of the promotion so I thought 5 for $5 payed $25.oo then 2 weeks later charged $48.95 to my Credit card my card is capitol one so they disputed the transaction it was Fraud. I called them and they said it would be removed I'm still waiting 2 weeks know I will report them to B.B.B. and ATTORNEY Generals office again.

charged more, didn't receive product
I ordered from this company online, it was suppose to be a trial offer of 9.00, but they charged me 25.00 and then an additional 48.95 for a product i never received and i am very angry.

Completely unauthorized shipments of coffee
I originally applied for an introductory offer of 2 packages of coffee, and 2 mugs for a minimal price. This offer arrived in a timely manner. Then, without any further direction from me, a coffee grinder and continued shipments of coffee arrived, for a cost of $25.25, and $48.95. I have not received any further communication from Seattle Coffee except for pre-printed notes to say thank you for placing your order with Seattle Coffee and a number to call from Monday through Friday Eastern time, 10.am to 6 pm. I am appalled at these unwanted shipments and will send back any further unauthorized coffee that come in the mail without payment.

Excessive charges & false delivery times
BEWARE!! Did not receive any e-mail notification of a delivery. Was under impression, coffee was a monthly delivery, and could be changed. Could not find original website offer was made on. Went to website of CoffeeRoastersDirect.com and could not register. They gave a password. Could not change anything but coffee flavors. Never received any kind of invoice showing the automated amount, not even with package. Did call today, 21st of June to cancel any further orders.

Scam billing
I bought a 5 for 5 deal = 25 dollars and these fools charged another 49 dollars "membership fee". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT PLEASE SUE THESE FOOLS!
