I signed up for this through a survey. I was under the impression that I would pay $25.00 to initially try the product/services. I received the two mugs as described along with two bags of coffee. I have since received two more bags of coffee but have been charged $38.75 TWICE. I am now out $102 and have received 4 bags of coffee. This is a ridiculous website and a big scam. Hopefully you are unlike me and it seems a few others that have been completely ripped off. What a terrible service.

I was to answer survey questions and get a free digital camera for trying products. Then I had to purchase one product. So, I chose two coffee mugs, two trvel mugs, and a sample bag of coffee for $5.00. They charged my credit card account $25.00! I called them and told them to cancel my order...they told me that the package was on it's way, but if I just refuse delivery, and send the package back they would credit the $25.00 back to my account. Well, they not only DID NOTcredit my account, but sent another package (that I didn't order) and made another charge on my account for $33.98. After repeated unanswered calls, I did get through and spoke to someone named "Angelina". She informed me that they would close my account, and credit my account for both purchases within five working days. Given their unethical practices, I really don't know what to expect. But I have filed a complant with the Better Business Bureau in Chicago, Illinois, and I have instucted my bank NOT to pay these charges or any other charges from this company. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!

unauthorized billing of $38.42 on a credit card weekly and a shipment of coffee. Who pays $38.42 for a pound of coffee? I am not Juan Valdez! This company can't be doing anything legal. I called and the lady answering the phone just laughed and told me to send it back and she would refund my account. Told me to write return to sender on it and any future packages I might receive. I told her I didn't want to receive any more packages of her overpriced underflavored coffee!

I signed up to receive coffee and coffee mugs during a promotional offer with Seattle Coffee Direct. They said i would be receiveing coffee mugs and coffee for a discount price. i read through their policy and was hopeful. I was wrong. I just checked my bank statement and i have an extra charge from the company. when i went to the website, there were actually three orders listed and when i called them they said i had been charged again this morning for a third shipment of coffee. nowhere on the site did they say that i had to choose when i would be getting coffee or that they would be sending me shipments every week and charging me. this company does not communicate its intentions very well to consumers and should be reported for bad business practices. i drink coffee, but not 6 bags in less than a month. they ship the bags together and charge two shipping costs for the one box. the price is just ridiculous and its not worth the trouble and money.

I signed up for a promotional offer and was charged $25.00. I was fine with that, as I requested it. But then just 4 days later I was charged $38.96 for coffee I did not order. They will not answer my calls and have no email address. I called and had my credit card number changed in order to avoid further charges. It appears they will keep on charging you until you cancel-- but they don't answer their phone to let you do so!! In addition to having my CC number changed I disputed the $38.96 charge but I doubt that will get anywhere. Ohh well, at least I avoided a third and fourth charge by changing my CC#! What a scam!!
