I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, let alone a friend. anyone seeking this kind of product and service should look elsewhere unless you enjoy migraine headaches.

They took my money and now am after them every time. Infact, they messed up wit the wrong dude because $120 change they rip me off will mean to change their content, their legal name and diaper unless they work out some’ with me. Yes, they took my money. I got their legal name, EIN and now going forward I will be their Gaba-Gaba.

If you signed up for a trial with Seattle Coffee Direct or World Tea Express and got scammed like myself and hundreds of others, READ THIS! I urge everyone to file Mail Fraud Charges against this company. It's simple to do and if everyone who's been ripped off by this company (myself included) files the Postal Service will be forced to close them down. Don’t let them get away with this.

My initial contact with this company started with a survey. The ad stated 5 items for $5.0o. I later found I was charged $5.00 for each item totaling $25.00. I chalked it up to my own stupidity and vowed to never use Internet surveys again. Two days later a charge of 38.95 and then two more charges of $38.95. I called my bank after the second charge and filed an unauthorized claim. Since I received nothing from the company I had no phone number to call. First shipment came with a phone number. I called and was told I could not return the introductory merchandise, but my subscription was cancelled, and simply return subsequent shipments. On the third charge I called again, no supervisors available. After the survey the company never sent a receipt or any type of confirmation or any explanation of subscription charges. My bank stated that I need to submit to them proof of return of merchandise and a letter explaining the charges. What a waste of money $141. 85 and time. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will look into other avenues to stop these crooks and refund the monies stolen.

I have just completed a complaint form to be sent to the Illinois Attorney General's office, the State where this so-called business operates.
I encourage all other "victims" to do the same.
