My $300+ dress was completely ruined due to the incompetence of schoen's employees. It was pressed, when it should have been lightly steamed due to the fabric. No apologies were made and no effort was made to rectify the situation. It was simply dismissed as no big deal. This was my Bridal shower dress. The worst customer service i have ever recieved. Also, the employees' attitudes is an embarrassment to the art of customer service. They work in hinsdale, not own it! Learn some manners, please!!!
