Products not received

Also ordered products that I have not received!!! Placed order back in April, received e-mail that it was going to be shipped out the next day. Several days later -received phone call from the credit card processing dept. asking me if I received my items yet, I told her NO but it is on its way. She told me to call her back if didn't receive product-- well had to call her back! I tried several times to contact them and left messages for them to return my call and satisfy this problem! NO RESPONSE!!!

Products not received

I order something on April 23rd, and of course 2 weeks later, product not received. I emailed of course and this is the response I get: We have had some personnel problems and we are a little backed up. We want to assure you that your order will be shipped no later then Tuesday. As soon as we ship it out you will receive a confirmation number. Please bear with us. Sorry for the inconvenience Sam Griswold. I called the number and of course no one answers the phone, multiple emails sent, no response.
