Robert Arnold came to my office and sat down for a consultation. He immediately asked my for a retainer to work on the case and stated I would have legal representation. He used legal terms and even stated that he may have to take the case to court. He then told me his son, Robert Arnold Jr. may call me to follow up.

I've recently found out that these people are not attorneys and are not allowed to practice law. It is a criminal offense to represent oneself as an attorney and I do not know how they have been getting away with it for this long.

After the meeting he wrote down some notes and I gave him a $1, 500 retainer. I gave him all the information that he requested and all he had to do was forward it over to the government agency.

He refused to do so until I gave him another $1, 500. I asked him what he did and he responded, "You already went well over the retainer you gave me."

WOW! I cannot imagine that he worked for all that money so quickly with no results showing or proving all that money. He also stated that he would stall the agency for more than a year. I told him that I did not want that and just wanted a fair hearing and settlement.

I later spoke to Bob Senior and he indicated that he has been in touch with the representative who was handleing my case and I had nothing to worry about. This was not true. The representatives kept calling me and they indicated that no one from their office has been in touch.

I kept calling back demanding my money back or to at least finish the case and Bob Arnold said that he would call the agency and inform that that my company was fraudulent and he would do malicious things to us, unless I stopped calling them.

These people are scam artists and should not be in business. All they had to do was forward some documents, which they already had, finish the case and they would have been paid the balance they were demanding. They were of no help and a big waist of time, energy and money.

Pllease do not use ROBERT ARNOLD, ROBERT ARNOLD JR, or ARNOLD STANDARD. They are crooks and would take advantage of you by kicking you down, when you are most vulnerable, to get their way.
