unauthorized charges
Downloaded one free ringtone and within a week I was charged $20 for some value club monthly charge! I did not subscribe to this monthly charge at all and do not appreciate losing my $20 credit on my phone.

Fraudulent misrepresentation
Web site reads 9.99 for thousands of ring tones when they offered 15 in category. I only wish i had seen these complaints before subscribing. I canceled and hour later without downloading anything!!!

They took money off my pre-paid phone for ringtones i never received. Beware all!

the took money off my cell phone with out my autherization.
They have now cancelled the subscription; but they didn't put my money back on my card. I didn't use there services.

Unauthorized charges!
The advertisement was for a free ringtone, a few days later I was charged for jokes being sent to my phone. I DON'T DO JOKES! I do not want anymore of these jokes sent to my phone, and I expect to not be charged anymore! I will contact the better business bureau! THIS IS A SCAM!

False advertising!
I accessed this site through an add for free ringtones. I never knowingly authorized any subscription, nor did I know that supplying my cell number authorized them to hit my carrier account. Nor did I receive any ringtone service. They hit my cell phone carrier, Alltel, with a 23.99 charge. The Alltel rep tried to cancel through my phone but had no success, a message came back with a website to contact but I can't get through on it!!!

Charged for service undelivered!
This site stole 19.99 from me and i want my money back... the ringtones were advertised as free, but i was charged 20 bucks for ringtone subscription that I cant even access, these people are thieves and someone should stop them.

Unauthorized charges
I never agreed to this and it is charging me 19.95 a month i just want it removed and i never used it. I want it completely removed from my bill and phone.

logged on site for free ringtones,then was charged$19.99 for 5 credits
