Constantly called day and night for a person that does not live at our phone number. When we tried numerous times to call the number back to tell them they had a wrong number we were constantly told by an automated system to call back. Then at 8:36 on a Saturday morning they called again. We were SO angry at the constant calls that we tried again to get through their system. This time, my wife did and told the person on the other side of the line, who DID NOT introduce themselves or say their name, that they had a wrong number and that the person they are seeking does not live at this number. Two seconds later my wife looked at me and said the guy just hung up on her. Believe it or not, they had the audacity to call back again. I am ready to change my phone number just to get RID of these morons or find a good (REAL) Lawyer to sue them for harrasment.

They claim that I have a debt with Capital One, But I have never had a Capital One account as verified with Capital One directly even confrenced them in to hear this. They (riddle) also claims that they will send proof of this debt and have claimed to have sent it 5 times over the past 6 months yet nothing ever arrives. They call me 1-2 times a day and when i answer they prompt me to an automated system that hangs up when i press 0. When I call them back they give the same response everytime that were hired to collect this debt and they claim that it is valid, yet I have copies (recent) of all 3 credit reports and their is no record.
