I pray these are all first timers to this type of fraud. Hopefully the $60 to $120 stolen from these people will encourage them to employ a little common sense next time a product seems too good to be true. Think about this... if this product actually worked as it's makers claim, it would threaten a massive chunk of a multi-billion dollar global industry. The sudden emergence of a product with this potential impact on the market would be practically impossible. The expected return to owners of it would very early compel them to consider the political dimension they were about to engage directly. Such a situation would be very hard to hide for long and knowledeg of the development of the product would slowly accumulate, forcing reaction and publicity. The competition would respond in a variety of ways, and by the time the product makes it to the market they are prepared to compete. The impact on the industry would no doubt be much less severe (which improves efficiency and stability in the economy).
Try this. Next time you get the urge to gamble on this crap, take a deep breath, google "fraud" and the product's name.

poor results
After using such product i find it does create activity in the begining. But after months of use the problem still persist. Product is far from cheap, so i expected positve results. Very dissatisfied. It appears the insects are growing in numbers. I have never unplugged product so if it suppose to work what happened? I feel the product is a scam and i warn anyone thinking of buying it : BEWARE!

undelivered products/no response
Advertise fast delivery. Ordered 2 Riddex on June 21, 2009. Withdrawal for the items took place on June 23, 2009. Called to get a tracking # on July 1. It hadn't been sent yet. They claimed there was a problem with their website. Problem obviously hasn't affected withdrawing funds. Called them again today July 3, only get a recording stating that customer service is busy and to go to their website. I don't advise anyone to be taken by their advertising of faster delivery than other sites. I emailed them twice and got no response. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

Shipping Scam
My husband needed three units, so he order two and supposidly was getting two free. It states that it is buy one and get one free for $29.95 plus the $8.95 shipping and handling. Big Letters above it buy one get one Free. Then down underneith in red it says And today as part of our TV offer, your entitled to receive a second bonus Ridex Plus for Free! Just pay the $8.95 to cover the shipping and handling. IT DOESN'T SAY PAY AN ADDITIONAL $8.95 PER UNIT. SO IT IS A SHIPPING RIP OFF SCAM. WHEN YOU GET THE INVOICE (BECAUSE NONE SHOWS UP WHEN YOU ORDER IT ON LINE AFTER PAYING), YOU ARE SHOCKED TO SEE $44.00+ IN SHIPPING COST. YOU CAN RETURN IT, BUT NO SHIPPING AND HANDELING IS REFUNDABLE.! B U Y E R B E W A R E ! ! ! !
We were also sent 3 units that we didn't even order the same day for a total f $85.00 for three and then $111.00 for 4. They won't reimburse the shipping and I have to spend more to send them back! CHARGE OVER $200.00 TOTAL.

PRODUCT SCAM
BOUGHT RIDDEX IN HOPES IT WOULD TAKE CARE PESTS WITHOUT HAVING TO USE CHEMICALS. IT TURNS OUT TO BE A BIG JOKE, SO I GUESS I AM OUT THE MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT, PLUS NOW I HAVE TO GET THE CHEMICALS TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT TAKING THIS PRODUCT ADVERTISING OFF AIR. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

while placing an order was scamed to receive 50 dollars of gas vouchers for 14.99 of which I never agrred to.
While placing a televised offer for riddex units, a commerical comes on letting me know that they will be sending me 50 dollars of gas vouchers that I never agreed to. This is deceiving and a scam at its best.

Doesnt work
I bought this at bedroom bath and beyond for 19.99... thank God I didn't pay what most of you paid... I'd be a lot more pissed than you all. Anyways... had this "running" for about a month now and all I see is a buch of droppings from mice all around this damn thing...more than before...
I guess the whole idea of making a few million or more is...
Get a plactic box...slap some blinking lights on it and a logo...sell it for 19.99 and up through different media sources...and before you know it... The company gets rich!! man... I need to do that!...
Who wants to buy mine? I sell it for half price!
