In April 2010 purchased $300.00 of Riddex Plus with a 2 years warranty, within the last six month I have killed 6 mice and set out 4 aerosol cannisters to kill roaches, I have also brought 4 cans of Raid Ant and Roach Spray and use each night to kill the critters that come out during dinner or just sitting around watching TV. To my knowledge this represents false advertising from your company. I gave Riddex units to a friend of mine and it didn't work for her either. I will not purchase items of this sort any more from your company.

As an exterminator for over 20 years, I am telling you that Riddex is a scam. I found roaches living in those things! If you need to get rid of roaches, a light dusting with Boric acid and baiting with gels now sold at most stores and sticky glue boards will be alot more effective.Boric acid is the safest product out there. You don't have to flood the area, but just give it a light treatment, and place your glue traps under the sinks. Roaches like areas of moisture such as kitchens and bathrooms. If you have mice, the best thing to use are snap traps and glue boards/traps. I never used rodent baits, and I do NOT recommend rat/mice poisons, as the average consumer doesn't know how to use them, or where to place them, and the chances of a child or family pet will get into it. If you haven't learned by now, you should never buy anything sold on TV...! I have used this riddex thing for OVER a year and it does not work at all. I have even place both plug ins in the kitchen and still rats, roaches and even lizards run around un-effected. While my dwelling is not infested nor over-run by the pests, it is not completely pest free either. Also, I am a very, VERY clean person. I make sure to clean and sanitize kitchen everyday with out fail! And yet the RIDDEX unit seems to attract the pests!!! Do NOT waste your time or money!!!

Really ! First I got ripped off by the $17.95 shipping. I let it go thinking that if it worked, it was worth it anyway.

It did not work at all. It actually attracted roaches. It so attracted roaches that they were living on it, and nesting behind it, including trying to nest in the plug itself. We're going to have to shut down the fuse for the kitchen so that we can clean the roach goo from the plug.

OH BTW, a mouse liked it so much that it ate through the wall to get in.

Awful product! It's a scam.

I saw there ad on TV decided that I might try it, so I went online to order. I put in my info including my Credit card
# (big mistake), and when it came to the warranty choices, I could not decide, so I just closed out the site and figured that since I didn't confirm the order that it would be cancelled. Well, it wasn't. They shipped the order with no receipt, packing order, or e-mail confirmation of the order. I wasn't very happy but decided to try them anyway. They didn't work, and since they didn't send any paper work with the order, I pieced back the return address label and shipped them back with a note. I figured it's a done deal. Then months later I got a notice from the post office about a package that needed to be picked up, and there was the box with return to sender written on it. Since then I have been trying to track down the company that I ordered it from. Apparently, Riddex has been bought many times over by different companies and no one has a record of my order. I finally found my bank statement hoping there would be some info for them next to the amount they charged me, but there wasn't. All I know is that they were in Miramar, FL. I don't want these things, and I want my money back but I don't know how to do it. It's been a year now!! My next step is to contact the BBB in FL to see if they can help me. Wish me luck, and don't waste your time or money on these things, they don't work!!
