				Company did not provide proper disclosure of automatic sales "contract" trap. 
 
Cost of $84.00 per bottle is ridiculous, outrageous! 
 
What this company fails to realize is this: They ruin the future of this type "free trail" marketing for themselves as well as anyone else considering selling using this type of scam.  
 
Would I agree to another free trial of anything, ever? NO! 
 
Fool me once, shame on you! You won't get another chance, I promise you that.

				Like many others, on or about 6/2/09 I ordered a "free" sample provided I would pay a 99 cents shipping charge via my MasterCard. The next day, a very aggressive salesman from Resveratrol Ultra called me. I emphatically told him several time that NO CHARGE OTHER THAN THE 99 CENTS SHIPPING CHARGE WAS AUTHORIZED FOR ANYTHING, PERIOD. That statement notwithstanding, on 6/17/09 my credit card was charged $87.13 + a foreign transaction fee! Despite returned the UNOPENED product by certified mail, having been promised a refund, the charge on my credit card account still stands, and CitiBank has been of no help whatsover, contending that they have to honor the charge. On 6/3/09, I clearly told the company representative who telephoned me, that HIS COMPANY WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE ANYTHING OTHER THAN 99 cents. THEY DID IT ANYWAY. THIS IS FRAUD THAT THE CITIBANK AND THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD TAKE ACTION TO STOP.

				My complaint is not about quality or efficacy of the product. 
 
I saw the ads for Resveratrol Ultra online and went to their website, www.resveratrolultra.com to take advantage of the "FREE TRIAL" offer. 
I understood I would receive a free product for a 15 day trial and if I was not satisfied, I could return it and be charged for shipping and handling. 
At the same time I could purchase a second bottle for the regular price, which I did. Now they have sent me a third bottle that I did not order. 
 
When I called to complain (waited 20 minutes for a rep) I was told I had agreed to terms and conditions whereby the company would send me a bottle 
 of the product every month and automatically charge my credit card. I didn't carefully read the fine print. The company did not make it clear in their  
ads for the product, which in my opinion, is an unethical and deceptive business practice. 
 
The web page with the "FREE OFFER" should make it very clear that you will have an account with them, be sent a bottle every month and your credit card  
will be automatically charged. . 
 
When I called and spoke to a rep after waiting 20 minutes, she was unprofessional to say the least. Finally when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused. 
Any company that will not allow me to speak to a supervisor is a company I will not do business with. I made it clear to her that I did not want to receive any 
 further shipments of their product. The rep said she was cancelling my account. What account? I didn't know I had an account with them.

				i was charged an additional 40.00 after cancelling this account. When I called the company after finding additional charges on my account I was told they have a return policy. No where on their site was an additional charge found however the are telling me they were authorized to charge this account. I was on hold for 52 minutes with a customer service rep and then a manager who was ruder than the cs rep

				I never ordered a second plastic container of "pills". They arrived and I left them sitting 
around with the other bottle I got for 99cents. My bank charge was $87.13 for a 
product I didn't want, need, or order. I would like to cancel the apparent ongoing 
charges and bottles of natural cleansing formula. I am not interested in this product.

				Received empty box. Can not reach anyone at the number they list for 24 hour support.866-992-6556. It just keeps looping back to the main menu. Also, can not cancel order or reach anyone through website. Will cancel debit card so $90.00 does not go through, I hope.

Go to 60 minutes reservatrol and see for yourself.
