				Ordered Sample (60 capsules) for 99 cents. Recieved sample and a month later was charged WITHOUT my approval $87.13. Called comapny at 800-22... Was on hold for 12 minutes recording tells you to go to www.MyOrderSupport.com. Finally Jemar came on the line, I explained the unauthorized charge and he tried to tell me that their website said I would be charged. After asking to reverse charge or pass me onto supervisor he hund up on me. Sleazy operation and will be reporting them to Attorney General of Florida.

				Pls avoid this resveratrol ultra 15-days trial. This is a scam! I sign in for the free trial on July 12 but received the product only on July 25, 2009. It's too late to find out, I was charged for the cost of the product plus shipping and free trial charge the next day after I suppose to try the product. This is unfair business practice. Florida Better Business Bureau, Pls help us !!!

				I ordered the free sample and paid postage, received my free sample, and then found two charges of $79 to my account, not authorized, including three small $1.00 plus miscellaneous charges, none of which were authorized and did not receive any additional supplies for the charges that were not authorized. Completely fraudulent.

SO I CANCELLED MY ORDER, , SO FAR I HAVE ONLY BEEN CHARGE 99 CEENTS ON MY CREDIT CARD. 
THEN CALL MY CREDIT CARD CO. AND THEY SAID I COULD EITHER DISPUTE FUTURE CHARGES OR CANCELL THE CARD, ,  
I CANCELL MY CREDIT CARD, , AND WILL BE ISSUED AND NEW CARD IN 3 TO 5 DAYS, ,  
NOW I HAVE AN OPTION ON RETHINKING SOME OF THE REVOLVING CHARGES THAT I HAVE HAD ON THAT ACCOUNT AND I WILL SAVE MONEY BY NOT HAVING A CREDIT CARD FOR A FEW DAYS.. SO THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME TO AVOID A FUTURE NIGHTMARE WITH THIS COMPANY, ,

LISTEN TO MUSIC FOR A WHILE, , THEN I DECIDE TO SAY HELLO AT A QUIET MOMET ON THE PHONE, AND SOME ONE ANSWERED, PERHAPS THE PHONE SYSTEM IS SET UP TO ANSWER A VOICE, , THEY VERIFIED MY NAME AND ADDRESS AND CANCELLED MY FUTURE ORDERS, BUT COULD NOT CANCELL WHAT I HAVE ALREADY ORDER. 
HOPE THIS CAN HELP OTHERS. 
I ALSO FIND OUT IT WAS IN THE NEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANIES TRADE PRACTICE.. BUT NOT UNTIL I HAVE ALREADY GIVING MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD INFO, , THEY ALSO SHARE AND SELL THE INFO, AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE PURCHASE . AND NOW I WORRY ABOUT THE COOKIES ON MY COMPUTER AND HOW TO GET THEM OFF, ,

				I ordered the product on July 10th on a 15 day trial basis and was only charged $.99 for S&H. I read the fine print and knew what I had to do if I wasn't satisfied with the product. I received my first bottle July 25th, how convenient right? Immediately following I received another bottle on July 27th.  
So I called 1-866-949-0138 to get my RMA. The 'Refund & Exchange Policy' that I printed clearly states: "If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms." Of course I met those terms. However, Paula, agent 8-062, wanted to argue it was 14 days from the time the order was placed. Like I pointed out to her, I have the USPS proof of when it was delivered, which was on the 25th, 15 days AFTER I placed the order. She eventually gave me an RMA, which I have my doubts is real, but I'll be following up with a dispute to my credit card company and the FTC. 
I have packaged up both shipments, in the same box with a copy of ALL my print outs from day one of the order, all the USPS delivery confirmations, etc.  
I would suggest go to myordersupport.com and type in the email that you used for to place your order, you probably won't have an order number, but you will have the last 4 of your cc, and zip code - It will email you a password. You can then log in and print your information, cancel your order, etc - however in order to get an RMA, you HAVE to call. Hopefully I'll have a good update! I'm seriously considering cancelling my debit card, hahahaha, idiots!

				Just like all of the other complaints about this company, I had the experience of buying the free trial and was charged $87.13 before it was over, also got no result when trying to contact their customer service dept. I had to go to my bank to get this company blocked from any further transaction. DO NOT ORDER RESVERATROL ULTRA ONLINE!

				I was contacted by this company to accept a free trial of resveratrol, and was also offered a skin treatment ointment for approximately $40. Not only did I not recieve the ointment, but my credit card was charged five times for a total of $346.63.

				I wish I'd never heard of these people! Free trial is offered with $.99 shipping, then before you realize their free trial is over, your credit card is charged $87.13 plus 3 or 4 "shipping charges" and "foreign transaction fees." 
 
They got me on the Biolabs thing, too. Said it was a free trial, then charged $49.00 and their various shipping charges and foreign transaction fees. I called and and got a merchandise return number, mailed it back July 3. They have still not credited it to my credit card. 
 
These people need to be stopped!
