Unauthorized charges/unable to contact
I ordered the FREE sample for 0.99 cents. It didn't come until I had been scammed on my credit card with two charges for $87.13 and two charges for $83.18 plus shipping for $1.95 twice and another for $2.00/twice. My credit card has been charged. I have tried to reach them on line as well as by phone. They are crooked and cheating us. We need to stop them!

Scam
I ordered the free trial bottle of ResVeratrol and only needed to pay shipping and handling of $0.99. My receipt showed a discount of $87.13 for the product. No where on the web page or on my receipt said that it was for only a limited amount of time and you would be charged $87.13. When I called, there was no one to speak to on the phone. There was an option to cancel your account which I did. I also received a foreign transaction fee on my account.

taking unsolicited money
Just come back from bank to find 83 euros taken from bank without permission after paying 4 eur for postage and free sample if any body knows a complaint line or live chat of viv3 I would appreciate it unless something was put in ultra small print I like other many people have been ripped off . please contact [email protected] |

illegal charges on my credit card.
you people have illegally charged my chase credit card four times.Three in one day .I tried your product in early 2009 didnt like it, told 3 reps DO NOT CHARGE ANY MORE ON MY CARD EVER.IN mAY SOME CALLED, I WAS OUT SO i COULDNT WRITE HER NAME DOWN, WANTED TO KNOW IF i WANTED THIS CREAM.i SAID no, and you had better not charge on my card.I get my bill today 8-27-09 and i have been charged four times .grand total 174.88 .you either credit my account as IAM NOT PAYING THIS.MY ATTORNEY WANTS TO HANDLE NOW AS HE SAID YOUR COMPANY HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ON THE SAME TYPE SITUATION, CALLED STEALING MONIES FROM PEOPLES CREDIT CARDS.I WANT SOMETHING DONE.IVE ALREADY TALKED TO CREDIT CARD CO.THIS IS VERY ILLEGAL...MICHELLE BEEBE 209-986-3218

Scam
I ordered the trial offer of Resveratrol for $6.95. They automatically enroll you in their monthly plan for $39.99 unless you cancel your subscription. I canceled as soon as I received my trial bottle and actually spoke with the guy on the voicemail (who I assume is the owner). The guy confirmed my cancellation and then a month later I got the $39.99 charge on my Amex! I had a feeling when I spoke to him that he wouldn't cancel it. He seemed annoyed that I canceled and tried to talk me out of it. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!

Don't buy this product
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. But if you already have, below is one solution to getting your money back!
I would like to add that the RMA number (8 digits) which they demand must be on the box when returned for a refund IS ALREADY ON THE BOX. after spending 2 hours on the phone with these people, they finally decided to give me the RMA to get my full refund of $87.13 Ha!, the number is already on the box after: Resveratrol Ultra Me / 12345678...
You too can send these back with the RMA number already on the box for a refund. Hmmmmm, let's see if it works...

unable to cancel this product
I have been trying to cancel this product and everytime I have called, I am put on hold forever.. and finally give up and hang up the phone. Please if anyone has been successful in cacelling the reseratrol ultra please tell me which # to call. The # that I've called is 18773803501..

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered the free trial of Resveratrol for $0.99. I have not had the product for more than 3days and there was a charge of $87.and change on my credit card. I did not authorize this charge. The product came to me in a plain white box with no information regarding future orders or that there would be a charge to my accound. There was nothing but a pamphlet regarding the wonders of Resveratrol. After seeing the charge on my account, I called the number that was left on my account. 8773805013 and was told to go on their web site for fast - no waiting service. I stayed on the phone while I went to the site - assistmyorder.com NO ONE EVER CAME ON LINE I listened to music for 45min. and then a voice came on and said "THANK YOU FOR CALLING GOOD BYE" So what is going on? How do I get the UNAUTHORIZED MONEY BACK? THIS IS A REAL SCAM.

I order a sample which was free, and I only had to pay 0.99 for shipping and handling that was one thing now they sent me another bottle i did't order and when you try to call them all you get the lines are business go on my ordersupport.com, and chat with a live operator same thing busy, tryed texting it wouldn't send.

Charged for free trial
I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol and paid s&h. Then I noticed I was charged 87.13 for the product and I havent received it yet. Was told I would not get a refund as my free trial was over. ?? I dont have the product yet to do a trial with. Free trial is a scam to get your money cause you dont get a trial with the product, your charged before you get it.
