I was recently browsing my bank statements today and noticed a charge for $12 on my bank statement, well i called my bank and found out they have charged me $12 last month and again this month. I never authorized this company to charge my account and had the bank flag it as fraud. I'm not sure how they got my credit card number, but I do know you should cancel your card.

I unknowingly, was signed up with Reservation Rewards in 2007. I was purchasing a photo book that I had made online with Shutterfly.com. When I was trying to purchase the photo book the Reservation Rewards popped up and said check here if you would like to receive a $10 coupon. I mistakenly did check that box and unknowingly they have been debiting my credit card $10 every month.

I have received nothing for this $10 except for annoying and deceptive e-mail offers that I always need to delete. I was wondering why my spam filter did not get rid of them. I several times tried to opt out of receiving further e-mails but it did not work.

Shutterfly, the merchant of whom this scam is connected with, actually receives profits from Reservation Rewards when they signed me up and from monthly billings. Evidently, Reservation Rewards has 140 affiliate websites they use to promote this scam. I have contacted Shutterfly about this and to date I have not heard from them. I will no longer use this company for my photo books or merchandise because of this. Since I spent $895 last year with them, they stand to lose more than me. Which brings me to my closing statement. What comes around, goes around.

I too was ripped off by this company. I purchased something in September 2008 from www.creativethoughts.net, and ever since then my credit card has been charged $11 and $12 a month. I just called now, February 2009, and was told by Reservation Rewards that I subscribed to them, which I didn't. They are refunding my account within 3-5 business days. I asked for a confirmation number and employee number of the person I spoke to. But I'm sure I'll have to call again in a week because it won't be done!

I seeing 12.oo dolar taking out of my bank statement coming out from reservationrewards whe I look up sorprice for me I'm nthe only one being scan for those people that I never sing on with, and no idea how do they got my credit card number but the money is being taking out of m y accountt could some one do something with those thief pls.
