Charged me $24.00 in the past two months; unauthorized charges
I was recently browsing my bank statements today and noticed a charge for $12 on my bank statement, well i called my bank and found out they have charged me $12 last month and again this month. I never authorized this company to charge my account and had the bank flag it as fraud. I'm not sure how they got my credit card number, but I do know you should cancel your card.

Beware of hidden places for your email
I am so tiered of these companies getting away with these hidden charges. Just beware when you purchase something and they offer a discount on next purchase or save a % off now and they ask you to put in your email address to get your discount. this is call an electronic signature and that gives them the right to charge your C.C. monthly. There are three that got me: Reservation Rewards for 12.00 a month. Easy Saver for $14.95 month. bloomsrewards for 9.95 . Next I am complaining to the BBB on all of these, this is fraud and I can't believe that these companies that we trust let these scum bags do this off of their websites. Proflowers helped me recover 41 months of charges from easysaver totalling $614.90. Go to the source of where the charges came from in the first place and let them know we as consumers will not put up with this and take our business elsewhere. Again, do not add your email to anything at the end of a purchase for any discounts or promotions.

Monthly Membership Fee $12
I made reservation online for my trip to Las Vegas in July 2008; however, I was not authorized Reservation Rewards to charge to my credit card for $12 monthly membership fee. I received my credit bill in August and I called 800-732-7031 (reference # on credit card bill) immediately to cancel. I had cancellation confirmation by email, but I continued to get charged for another month in September. I have not received October bill yet. I rarely travel and it is unfair to charge for the service I don't need. Thank you.

Accessed my checking account without my authorization or knowledge
On 11-3-2007, WLI Reservations.com withdrew $10.00 out of my checking account without my knowledge. I do not know this company and I do not understand how they got my checking information and how they succeeded in making the transaction?

I have notified my banking institution and I have done research on the company, online, to find out who these people are. I notified them by email. They emailed me back and asked for my other email accounts and my mailing address so that they could find my membership of which I knew nothing about and I gave the information to them and told them not to ever try that again.

I have not gotten my money back. It is only $10.00 dollars but it is my $10.00 dollars. I wonder how many unsuspecting people have had their money stolen from their checking accounts on this day, 11-23-07?

I want to know how I can file a suit against this company and prevent them from doing this to anyone else?

Reservation Rewards Scam
I was doing my taxes today and going through my bank statements when i discovered a $12.00 charge from a Reservation Rewards. I called there number 1-800-732-7031 and talked to Felisha(not sure of the spelling). I asked Felisha about my charges and she said i signed up when I made a purchase from Orbits. I know with certainty that I would not have willing or knowingly agreed to such a service ...etc I am sure if you are reading this you have had a similar experience. I will be contacting Orbitz, Ct AG office and my local AG, BBB and anybody else to see if this type of tricker can be stopped. Trickery is a nice word for what I think is consumer Fraud. Total charges = at least $168.00 of which Felisha say, she is only authorized to refund 3 months worth.

Unauthorized Charges on Credit Card
In 2007, I went to EB Games and supposedly signed up for a service that offered discounts on several difference services. I did not authorize these charges. Since contacting their so called customer service, I had to sign and return an affidavid stating what had happened. The way they had it worded, was so that their company would not be at fault. I picked the last option on the document that said I have not received a credit for the charges for which I am now requesting reimbursement. Note it still does not admitt they are liable in any way. Other options included, I previously attempted to cancel, but was unable to do so successfully, I did not understand I was enrolling in a membership program for which I would be billed. It was very cleaverly worded. I was instructed to FAX it back to the supervisor who had given me her direct FAX number and I also received a confirmation that they would refund my money as an "accomodation" to me was how the e-mail read. Hopefully, they are true to their word. If not I will dispute it with my credit card company as I have saved all documentation. Good luck to everyone and I hope you get your money back from them. Be persistent.

Unknown charge
There have been unauthorized charges to my bank account by "Reservation Rewards." I am not sure what are these charges for, and therefore want to get a refund. If there's any sort of membership I subscribed for, please cancel it immediately since I am unaware of it and not receiving any benefit out of it. Below are the dates and the amounts I was charged.

6/28 $12.00
7/27 $12.00

Given this, I would request $24.00 full refund.

Membership fee
Today, I called reservation rewards because I checked to disappear as a periodic membership fee in my bank account.
They told me I have already cancelled my membership but until now they took my money of 12 dollars every months until now.
I don't understand what they do that. Unfortunately, I couldn't refund all money just 4 months.
I am waiting their e-mail.

unauthorized charges
went to buy movie tickets online through Fandango.com and Reservation Rewards window popped up and asked if I wanted to receive coupons via email. A year and a half later, they were debiting my checking account $17.95 and $12.00 every single month. This company has to be stopped...
