Service Termination problems
I used reliace WiMax connection for 16 months. I was facing intermittent disconnections which was causing the probelms to my work. I requested for termination of my connection on 24th March 2009. The referece number that I got was ADAG=003-485-792. The service provider has collected their devices from my residence within 10 days. However they were sending out their bills followed by several calls for paying the bill. I requested them to send me the final termination letter and the final bill so that I can pay my outstanding amount.

I had logged a case with them for getting the bills even after the connection terminated with them. The reference number they gave was 99540837 and informed the excess amount would be absolved by the system. However I was not given final amount that I have to pay. Now they are asking me to pay for 2 months bill.

When I checked with them I found out they had terminated my connection at their end 3 months after my request.

I advice everyone who opts for Reliance services think 10 times before registering with them. They just think and implement how to make money from the air to become rich.

Harassment for payment
Dear Sir/Madam,

I was a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for their wimax connection with cousuner number(369314541060) in bangalore .

For months I faced lot of difficulty with their pathetic speed and harassment from their collections department for payment of bills.

I have following complaints against them
1. My speed was very low. I had taken 300kbps and I used to get download speed of les than 10kpbs. I had several complaints without any result.
2. I used to get call for payment of bills from 15 of everymonth for a bill which had due date of 1 or 2 the next month.

Fed up with their service I asked for immediate termination of service, for which they had given me complaint ids (98816104), (98747182).I had asked for termination before 21-May-2009.

After that they didn't collect the Modem and antenna from my place for some days. After making calls to them they came and collected on 05-Jun-2009 with reciept.

Now they are harassing me for the payment of one month of broadband charges June), without me using their serivices for single min during that time. I didnt even login to their services.

Initially they said, there will not be any charges since the delay is from their side to take the Modem and antenna and now they are harassing me for payment of on full month.

Kindly look into the matter, as I am facing harrassment from their calls and mails.

internet is not working
my internet is not working.whenver I click internet explorer it refuses to open and an error box is displayed which states that the main page is lost.

disconnection of connection
My internet is A/c No.100000108502906 (according to bill), which is not proper installed till date. I had complained many time to costumer care and reliance persons, but there is no action till date. I am mentaly upset regarding this connection because I did not use this connection for a single minut, after that I paid Rs.1133/-after receving the notice. Kindly solve my problem other wise I am claiming through RTI.

worst service
i have complained several time but no action.. my net connetion is still giving, me problem, its run well after midnight till early morning, thereafter, even it shows connected but i won't be able to open any page from the browser..i have taken this service for day 24 hrs connection but...???????????

Connectivity
i have taken a Reliance BroadBand Internet Connection.Since 2nd Sept but till now i havn't got to view any website. I have logged several complaints to Reliance Customer care but they haven't solved my problem.

Connection speed slow
The internet is not working properly. After the Reliance homepage is opened, when I am trying to access to another website it is telling ``Cannot find server``.

No proper response
I had registered a request for transfer on 11.aug.08 (compl no.73789737) of broadband connection from one building to another building in the same area based on the suggestion of the customer care service. Till this date i have not got any confirmation from customer care cell about the status. When contacted, i was informed that the matter was closed. I was shocked to know that, as there was no intimation to me about the closer when i had told them to inform me. The work is still not completed and the matter is closed.

I don't understand how such a big org functions in this manner.

Delay in giving internet connection
This is Durga Prasad. I have paid Registration charges amounting to Rs500 with an assurance from the Marketing personnel that connection will be given in 3-4 working days or max 7days. It's been 15 days as on today. Till now I have made more than 40 calls to the person.But everytime it's been said that today connection will be given which is not materialized till now. My Registration No. is 13000011221038. Customer service is very poor. There is no courtesy call made to inform us as to when connection can be given. This is very bad. I have not expected that Reliance functioning will be so disgusting. Totally bad. Very Very Very Very Bad!

Unprofessional service by customer care
I am a reliance broadband customer. I always have had bitter experience with Reliance customer care.
Recently I have noticed a trend which is over and above the other unprofessionalism one can expect from Reliance. Whenever I call Reliance customer care, they would launch a complain and provide a complain number and commit that someone from technical department would call back.

You would wait for hours and won't get any call. When you call customer care again and refer to the previous complain number, they would tell you that they tried to reach you but were not able to contact as it was unreachable.

Probably the support guys from Reliance are under impression that all other mobile service providers are just like Reliance only where making a call always ends up with the message "The number you are trying to reach is not reachable at the moment".

So they don't even bother to call the customer, instead they update the complain as above. I just wonder even if they call once and not able to reach to the customer, isn't it their duty to call back again for the latest status. But anyway, this is probably what is expected from Reliance in all types of products that they have.
