Dear sir/Madam
I am glad to say that I flew with Saudi Airlines on the 16 December 2010 from Johannnesburg to Jeddah and thereafter on the 19 December 2010 from Jeddah To Pakistan. There after on the 13 April 2011 I was going to fly with Saudi Airlines from Bombay to Jeddah and on the 14 April 2011 from Jeddah to Johannesburg, but I was really disappointed when after a group of seven men including myself were refused to get on the flight, six of us were given our boarding pass and our bags were sent through but there after a man that works at the airport comes up to us at the Saudi desk and tells us we cannot fly on Saudi airlines because we can only be at Jeddah airport for only 18 hours and we were going to be at Jeddah airport for 18 hours and 20 minutes. Then this man tells us that he is contacting Saudi office in Jeddah but he did not do it and he returned our bags and scrapped our tickets and hen the seventh man arrived he refused him also on the flight. We were then forced to buy new tickets and fly with Ethiopian Airlines and it costed us Two Thousand Rands each. I am really angry and I don’t feel Happy with your service and wish to tell others about this and rather encourage them to fly on a different airline and pay a few Rands more than to be treated in this manner and pay for a hotel plus transport fees plus to get new tickets.
I would like an apology for all seven of us and a refund or an umrah flight in return for this hurt that you all have done to us. I hope to get a reply from you as soon as possible.
