REDLINE TORQUE CONVERTERS, AKA PHEONIX HARD PARTS Reviews

Justin February 5, 2009
BAD PART/NON REFUNDED CORE DEPOSIT
I found Redline Torque Converters on ebay while I was looking for replacement parts for my mazda 626 infomous CD4E transmission. I ordered a torque converter and paid through pay pal. Weeks later I still had not received it. I called them and talked to someone who looked into my order and said that it had not shipped because they were waiting for additional information. Specific vehicle info and a $40 core deposit. I payed for the core deposit over the phone on a credit card and I got my converter a week later. I sent them my old converter but never got my deposit back. And my transmission still doesn't work. I wonder if the converter they sent me is indeed NOT a rebuilt working one. I checked my credit card, and the deposit was listed under Pheonix Hard Parts. I tracked them down and called. They said they would mail me a check. Never got it. Now I'm in the process of filing a fraud claim against that core charge. Hopefully i get my money back.
