CANNOT ACCESS INFO THEY SAID I WOULD BE ABLE TO
FOR A CHARGE OF $19.95 I WAS SUPPOSED TO ACCESS, CRIMINAL, PERSONAL RECORDS...WHEN I PUT A NAME IN IT REFERS ME TO ANOTHER AREA...FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE...I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CREDIT MY DISCOVER CARD...AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME UPGRADE EMAILS, WHICH DO NOT WORK.

Does not work/site shut down?
I am researching ancestry - came upon website advertising access to records / genealogy, etc. - paid $29.97 and cannot access site. After I log in it takes me to an "OOPS" we cannot find the website you are searching for - try again" page.
Very frustrating - very wrong.

failed to provode access after membership fee paid
After paying $29.95 no information was available. How can a site be allowed to do this? After realizing I had been ripped off, I started looking for complaints and found plenty of them.

Paid for 1 year unlimited membership $74.59. Once payment accepted, you cannot access date base via any link they provide - says, "Website not found."
THIS SITE IS FRAUDULENT.

WENT TO SIGN UP FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS AT GOV-RESOURCES.COM SIGNED UP TWO TIMES AND WHEN I WENT IN TO LOOK FOR BROTHER I FOUND ZERO LOOKED UP MY DECEASED BROTHER AND FOUND ZERO I WANT A FULL REFUND I WAS CHARGED FOR

Unable to access records
RecordsArea.com is a complete scam. When you input a name it will take you to another website to join. If you can get pass this scam. Once you attempt to scan records it will stop you and ask for 19.99 for unlimited daily scans. I was charged 39.99 and was offered this service for 19.99. It tells you at the top of the page you have 5 credits. underneath that you can purchase more credits. On the day I joined this website I never had access to my account. 2 weeks later I have tried to obtain information to no avail!!!

This records search site is a complete fraud! Shame on me for not researching before I signed up. I am calling my bank and attorney today.
