I purchased a multi pack (4 in a box)of this product. I had it on the top of my utility room cabinet and the box was knocked over. When I discovered that it fell over I picked it up and one of the bottles had leaked its conents out. I hadn't used any of the product out of the box yet. When I looked in the box I discovered that the lid was never on one of the bottles from the factory. The lid was at the bottom of the eaten box.I was told by Reckitt Benckiser that there was not a problem with the lid. Well I realize that there wasn't a problem with the lid it was just never put on the bottle. Now after reading the response that they gave the other lady I wonder where on earth you can put this product when you are using it and done using it. Every imaginable surface is not recomended. This product ate my cabenit and every spray can that was in this cabenit has rusted. All the triggers on spray bottles will not work. I think that consumers should really be aware of the problems with this product and that Reckitt Benckiser does not stand behind their products. If a lid was not put on at the factory then that is their fault, not mine. I refuse to buy anymore of their products.
