Unauthorized charges
I ordered the free trial of Acai but cancelled shortly after taking a few days. My blood pressure sky rocketed to the point I was sent to the emergency room and was admitted. Per my doctors instructions, I cancelled the order. A week ago I noticed the $88.59 charge on my bill and then a week later received the shipment - I have called and called to no avail.

Fraudulent charges
It took me forever to contact someone from this product but when i finally got someone on the phone, i cancelled and they told me i would not be charged and i was. What a gimmick. They made my heart rate increase and my blood pressure rise and i was told by my physician to get off of them before they give me a heartattack. Now i am a single mom and i would just like my money back. I work hard for it and i don't like making stupid mistakes like this. Please send me a remembursement and cancel any future products.

Acai
As many others have, I ordered the free trial...cancelled over the phone several months ago (it took many times to even get through to a human)...
And as scams go, they keep charging my account, my account overdraws, and I am screwed for the monthecause I get so many overdraft charges not knowing that they did not cancel my account.
Did it again this month after a third try at cancelling.

Acaix3 dietary supplement
I ordered a free trial sample, only had to pay 4.99 for shipping and handling. So, now they have my card number, every month they debit my account 88.55 I never authorized this monthy debit. This company is a scam and should be investigated.

Hey gang, this is truly disgusting. I can't find a way to cancell my order either. The product dosen't work I take the pills and feel like crap all day. Yay-what a waste of my money. I called the credit card company and put a stop payment on the order. Oh by the way just to make it harder to identify them your statement will not read Real technolgy Labs- its under nutrition and health- Utah. I will be filing a complaint today.

cant stop delivery of diet pills
I have been trying to cancel an order for Acai x3 diet pills and there is no bill to contact them no way of stopping delivery and I still get charged and I don't want the product. Especially because the company is so shady and Corrupt!

Will not take returns
Company advertised 10 days of free pills for $1.00 handling charge with cc number. They sent no invoice or email alerting me of the transaction. I had 10 days in which to cancel the pills before they started sending me them monthly. I received a full month of the ACIAx3 6 days after I received the freebies. I called to cancel and find out how to return the pills (Which are still in the UNOPENED envelope they came in) and was informed there will be no refund. I am reprting this company to the BBB, the FTC and my state's attornet general's office. I urge you to do the same.
