We belong to RCI & though a promotion bought 2 packages deals that included cruise and 1 week at a resort for each of the 3 couples. RCI's agent lied about almost everything. When we discovered that 1)we were waaaaay overcharged 2) asked to pay additional monies 3) most cruises were not available on this promotion. When we discovered these issues we wanted to cancel. We were told agent was no longer with RCI and his supervisor would not speak with us - customer service never returned calls. We called them about 15 times. The outcome: nothing could be done. Today we were told that instead of the promised 3 resorts certificates we were promised we are only allowed 2. Never, never use RCI - they are crooks.
