RCA 1GB mp3 player with FM Radio is not fuctning"PEARL" stays stuck on the screen.
My RCA Pearl 1GB MP3 Player with FM Radio is acting up i just bought it 2 months ago.When iturn it on all it says on the screen is "PEARL" and it stays stuck that way . i tryed changing battiers and that does'nt work. Im puzzled. Help. thank you

customer service
I had purchased a LCD HDTV..after 4 or 5 months, it would no longer complete the channel search. First e-mail..no response. 2nd...said call customer service. Eventually get tv to someone to fix it. They requested rca contact them. When I told rca this, they asked for the phone # (which they had previously given me)...so at this point they might have called... I didn't have it available...then they then said that they could not call out...only accept calls...if that was true...whay ask for phone #??? Now I have to get the business repiring the tv to call them. I will Never purchase anything RCA again...and also will not purchase anything from a businnes that owns rca, or is owend by them. They have no conecept of the word SERVICE. THey should learn an important peice of info...a disatisfied custmer tells 10 times as many people of the experience than a satisified customer.

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service
I purchased this RCA (24V511T) television not quite a year and a half ago and I am already having issues with the picture. The picture has little narrow black horizontal lines at the bottom and the top. Every other experience I've had with this was followed with the picture dying completely.
I e-mailed RCA to complain about this and they responded with an offer to "exchange" my rotten television for a new rotten television for $133 - plus whatever it costs to ship the thing. As luck would have it, the TV is now out of warranty and this is the only option I have - per company policy.
When I voiced my displeasure with this "option" and my desire to speak with a supervisor or manager of some sort, I was told that there was nobody else authorized to tell me anything different. I told them I would never buy another RCA product and would tell everyone I possibly could, to do the same. They basically didn't care. So, I am posting this complaint to urge everyone not to purchase anything RCA makes, especially televisions...unless you like flushing money down the toilet.

RCA In Home Stereo sucks!
My complaint is with RCA. I got a stereo for my birthday in April. The system is broken. The CD door won't open, my CD's are inside. I went on their website several times. I have never received a thing from them. I just wanted to know where I could take it in my area for service. Simple, but nothing from them. Time is running and I still have no stereo and no answer from them.
