Yosi Hadad ordered one VCM from our company, and after he ordered, he said he had a broken VCM need prepare, he want we repair for him, i refused him, he said he can pay to us, i told him we can only repair our company goods, we don't offer service for other company tools.So he sames angry.I unexpected that the terrible things coming.
After he received the VCM one week, he emailed me the VCM which he order from our company is defective item, he ask solution.Our company engineer remote control his laptop, and find out the VCM is not the one we sent to him, even the software.
But he threaten me if we won't solve his problem, he'll complaint on major sites untill we refund his full payment.
So i have to accept repair this VCM.
After we received return VCM, opened it, it's an used old version product, no labels, and we sent back to factory for repair, factory told us, it's not their products, we're angry but we have no choice.Because i emailed him we'll repair his VCM.
We paid hundred USD, factory finally exchanged a new VCM to us.After our engineer check everything, tested on cars to make sure it work 100% we send back the new VCM to hime immediately.We don't wan't have any problem again.
Unfortunetly, this cheater Yosi compalint again after some days he received the parcel.
Both our engineer and me confused, why we sold hundreds VCM, none have problem, only his always have problem, even exchanged a new one to him.
Finally, i found out result.Yosi is 100% cheater, he is the worest buyer in the world.
I find Yosi on internet, he threaten another company(OBDSVS) before use the same way.
I contact the sales man from OBDSVS which sold him products before, he told me, Yosi is a lier, a cheater...He ordered GM TECH2, after he used it, repaired his car, he complainted products has problem, and ask full refund.If you refuse, he'll comlaint in major sites said you and your company is cheater, stolen his money.
From Above i believe Yosi want to use same way get full refund after he used our products, so i refused reufnd him.
Our company located in Shenzhen, China which have a different working time to Isreal, so hard to get online on the same time.He said i didn't reply him, it's a lie.Each time i get message from him, i replied hime immediately.
Now i am there informed other supplier, please take care about this buyer, please do not sell any products to him, or you'r be get in trouble by this cheater.

Well I understand you decide to ignore my e-mails regard the replaced VCM you sent, you leave me no choice but to start advertising complaints on the major websites, regard you and your company products.
