charge when not ordered
I sent for the trial and within 10 days of rceiving it, I cancelled. However, they had already billed me which resulted in my bank carging me a $52.oo overdraft. I am very upset and want a full refund plus the 52.oo bank charge for a product that I haven't received, doesn't work, and I have cancelled. I'm trying to find their 800 number.

wrong charge
I had purchased thir trial order and paid for it.
After a month when I received my credit card I am billed $79.99
for additional supply.
I had cancelled my subscription about a month prior to the charges.
Most funniest part is I have not received any suppliments more than a trial order.
I am tryinmg to call thir 800 no and are on hold for ever. I am writing my credit card to reverse the charges.

unauthorized charges, poor product
This company is a scam! Unauthorized charges on my credit card after cancelling account, no refund on returns. No way to make contact, no one answers their customer service number and they will not acknowledge emails.

credit card charged, returns not honored
This company is a super ripoff. They continue to charge my credit card for products I don't want, after talking to their customer service which was hard to get ahold of. They have not honored returned products and have not credited my account.
Their purecolon1000 pills are nothing but a stomach ache waiting to happen. In my view, they should be investigated as a scam.

this company has charged my credit card which was not authorized by me. i bought the sample that did not work but gave me stomach problems. i dont have the product but they charged my credit card.

Refund not honored
I ordered the sample product and it did not work. Two weeks later a full bottle arrived and my credit card was charged. I phoned the company and was advised that it had to be returned by July 24. I mailed the product back and verified that it arrived at 8:44am on July 24th, 2008. After several emails and phone calls I finally reached a live person who told me that I was not getting a refund as they did not pick it up on the 24, it was picked up on the 30th. I was also told that the bottle had been opened...Not by me!
I feel that they are running a scam and are not forthright with their policies. I did not open the product, I returned it by the required time and still they will not refund my credit card.
What the hell???
