Ordered nature cleanse on April 19th, and paid $5.95 for the shipping and handling. Shipment of free trial came about 9 days later. Took the product for 3 days and had horrible back pain. Called my physician and he told me because of my kidney problems that I should not be taking Nature Cleanse. Called to cancel the membership. I called the day after the first membership shipment was already billed. I was informed that I had called to late and would not receive a refund for the shipment but that they would cancel my subscription. I was billed $88.00 for the shipment on the 4th of May and as of May 20th have still not received the shipment that I payed for on the 4th. I called the 800 number that I called to cancel and they told me to direct an e-mail to a claims department that does not seem to exsist. The original order number is #4545655.
