I ordered the free (30 day) trail Pure Acai Berry capsules but got billed for $34.99 on the same day the package was posted. A second amount of $78.81 was charged to my credit card two weeks later for a second shipment which I haven't even received. I'm in New Zealand and can not get hold of any person at this company to talk to regarding this matter.

I am just adding my voice to all the others regarding the scam going on with this product...I ordered the Acai Berry Trial on 2/11/09, received it on 2/14/09, returned the bottle in original box with letter stating I was no longer interested in the product, please cancel, on 2/18/09. I did have enough foresight to get a delivery conformation which said they got it 2/21/09...That's 1 week after I received it and well within the 14 day "trial" period, right? Wrong.
On 2/27/09 I found a $78.81 charge on my card, and have yet to see anymore of the product - I guess they got the point that I didn't want the pills, but not to charge me for them. hummmm. I have since disputed the charge of course, but what a pain! ...and this is good, too- when I've called to try to speak with a "Customer Service" person, they introduce themselves (always from India) and keep repeating themselves like they can't hear me. Nice. Good Luck to all of us who fell for this, lesson learned.

I ordered the "FREE" trial of this product for $4.99. Before I received the product, I received a confirmation email stated I could cancel my subscription. I called this company and asked that my subscription be cancelled and I asked why I would have to cancel a "FREE" trial and did not receive an explanation. I did not help that there was a problem understanding the person at the other end of the line. A couple weeks later I discovered they charged my credit card over $80.00. Upon contacting them, they told me they would refund my credit card within 3 to 5 business days. Ten days later - no refund. I called again and was given a confirmation number for my refund. Once again - no refund. Instead, they charged over $80.00 to my credit card AGAIN!!! I now have to go through my credit card company's dispute department and have had to have a new card issued to me so they can no longer make fraudulent, unauthorized charges to my account. My credit card company told me this was not a legitimate business. I have to wonder what is actually in their capsules. I will be letting Oprah Winfrey know her image is being used to scam people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGET IT.

I order free sample for shipping of $5.95 if i canceled within 14 days i would not be send anymore product or charges i got my bank statement and they charged me $78.81 to my credit card, I have called eight time and they put you on hold and never answer the phone

I went to the website because product was discussed on the Oprah Winfrey show. I signed up for a FREE TRIAL, of the product just having to pay for shipping. I received a bottle of 60 capsules. When my Visa bill came in I was charged $78.81 posting date 1?23 and another charge of $83.80 for same product posted on 02/06/09. both these charges are fraudulant!!! I never signed up to buy or pay for these products. There was never a confirmation sent to me for either of these charges!
