Buyers beware
Used proflowers for years. Got a coupon offer for fifteen dollars which I used...1st mistake. By doing so you are enrolling in a program called Easy Saver. They will bill your credit card $14.95 every month. I couldn’t figure out who was billing till I did some research. I’m calling up to cancel tomorrow... According to Easy Saver website you have to call 1-800-355-1837 to cancel. I am also NEVER ordering from Pro flowers again... Pro flowers will also recieve a nice little message from me.Buyers please beware of this SCAM.Check other gripes about same problem.

Fraud & scam
I also was billed for $14.95 a month after order Mother's day flowers for our mothers. I never authorized any Easy Saver registration. So far I have been unable to reach the company. I will never use Proflowers.com again.

Membership scams
I recently ordered flowers from this co. They were beautiful and delivered on time. When I got my bank statement I noticed 2 unfamiliar charges. When I called the numbers in question, I was told I signed up for free shipping and hotel deals when I placed my flower order. I do not need either of these services and would not sign up for them. I feel that the web site was very deceiving. The charges were for $14.95 and $71.88.

misleading offer/advertising
Website offered $15 shipping rebate that ended up not being a rebate but a coupon for future purchases ONLY with registration for a $15/month service!

Unauthorized charges!
Purchased flowers for my mother funeral (2/07) for the pass years a charge of $10.00 per month has been coming out of my checking account from a company called Reservation Rewards. I called them and they stated that I signed up through Proflowers last year. I told them I did not, I only ordered flowers. They told me they were a coupon agency. Why would I buy coupons when I am buying flowers for a funeral? They then tell me that they pay Proflowers and Justflowers to add this feature to their website. Well the only way that Reservation Rewards got my bank information is through Proflowers. I have complained to the BBB for whatever good that does. Beware this company and others like it are rips offs and do not appreciate your business or they would not participate in ripping off the customer for more personal gain!

ProFlowers more like AmatureFlowers
I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Feb 2, 2008. Paid an extra 10 bucks to have guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day. Valentine's day came and went with no delivery. Called proflowers.com customer service the next day. They refunded the money to my credit card but not even a sorry or what can we do to make it right. Wife was disappointed. I ended up finding out from the shipper that the flowers were never even sent. Pretty sad that on the biggest flower day of the year a flower company can't even deliver it's own product. I would not recommend Proflowers.com and will never use them again. I am making sure that everyone I know is aware of my bad experience.
