never paid for job completed
I filmed 3 commercials for ProFlowers.com on November 3, 2010.
I still have not been paid for my work as of January 7, 2011 !
The commercials are playing with my face right there for all to see, and yet, still no payment!
Shame on ProFlowers.com and Shari's Berries.com !

extra unauthorized charges/ hidden fees
DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS.COM
I ORDEERED A SMALL CHRISTMAS PINE TREE FOR SOMEONE FOR CHRISTIMAS. THE COMMERCIAL SAID $19.99 IF YOU ENTER THE WORD DEAL...WHICH I DID.
THEN IT SAID FOR DELIVERY ON 12.9.2010 IT WOULD BE $4.99.
I CLICKED YES FOR THAT.
THEN PROCEEDED TO PAY WITH PAYPAL...
THEN I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO MY EMAIL TO SEE IF THEY SENT AN ORDER NUMBER AND CONFIRMATION.
THEY DID.
ONLY PROBLEM IS THE BILL WAS FOR OVER $37...WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $25
I SAW AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $9.99 OUT OF NO WHERE, WHICH I WAS NOT OFFERED OR TOLD ABOUT.
THEN I SAW A "HANDLING FEE" OF $3.00
I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS WHEN I ORDERED, AND EVEN IF IT WAS THERE, I DID NOT SEE IT.
I HAVE ORDERED STUFF ONLINE MANY TIMES, NORMALLY WITHOUT A PROBLEM
IF PROFLOWERS HAD 'HANDLING FEES" AND EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES, THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD IT THERE, EXPLAINED IT AND HAD THE CUSTOMER CLICK ON, AND OK IT...THEY DID NOT MAKE IT VISIBLE ENOUGH, OR IT WAS JUST PLAIN NOT THERE AT ALL.
SCAM CITY.

IC-Free Shipping.com
BEWARE of the membership to FreeShipping.com
When ordering flowers from pro flowers you will be notified of a free shipping coupon. Accepting this coupon, actually is enrolling you in a membership
to IC-Freeshipping.com.
(READ ALL THE LEGAL BULLCRAP)
they will obtain all account information from ProFlowers, and charge your account a reoccuring anual membership without notification.
THIS IS CRIMINAL.
the information will com throught you bank with a phone number, and they
are very willing to cancel your membership and refund your money.
however, I question how many people really check their accouts as closely as me.
I saw a charge from a place which did not ring a bell, so I investigated.
I think this techinique is dishonest and sneaky, and Pro Flowers needs to be held responsible.
there are plenty of other respectable on-line flower places which run a more honest business that ProFlowers...
THIS is A SCAM...they are not charging alot, so the small debit transaction can go unnoticed, however it is Criminal. They are taking money out of peoples acoount and I can bet most of them don't even know it.
whats even scarier is how pro flowers can give away your account information.

Fraud
I have a student account which does not have much in it, and after Proflowers charged me for no reason.. it put my bank account into the negative, consequently causing my account to be hit with overdraft fees.

Poor filling of order
I orderd 2 dozen flowers for my daughter from ProFlowers to be deliverd before Valentines Day. The delivered 1 dozen. I wrote cust service, they said they would redo the order, no charge. I paid for the impact of 2 dozen, their redoing the order, it'll be late, marginally OK. 4 days later they sent her 1 dozen, only completing my original order. They didn't redo it. I didn't get what I paid for. I wrote them again expressing that they shouldn't claim they will redo the order when all they are going to do is complete the order. They wrote back:
Thank you for contacting ProFlowers. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment with the incorrect bouquet being sent. For that is not typical of our service and this is a very rare occurrence.
Once again please accept our sincere apologies.
Best Regards,
So much for their "100% satisfaction guarantee"
It happened twsice on the same order!!!
I'll never use them again and would suggest you don't either.

WEBSITE OFFER NOT FULFILLED
I ordered a special offer from proflowers.com and the offer was buy onse dozen roses
get one free. The delivery date was 2-12-2010 to have on time for valentines days
sun 2-14-2010. I recieved the order today 2-12-2010 and I only recieved one dozen
roses instead of 2. I both emailed and called the co. and I talked to a customer rep that said they would deliver the flowers next week. I informed the person I would no longer need the flowers after valentine days and if they could not deliver the flowers on the date promised I would want a refund of my credit card. The person informed me the only thing they could do for me would be deliver the flowers on a future date after valentines day or only refund $10.00 dollars of the order. I paid $49.48 for the order for only recieving 12 roses not arranged no babies breath or leaves and very small buds. This was the worst flower deal ever. Do I have a right to ship the dozen roses back and get a full refund of $49.49 from my credit card? I sent two emails to the co. today and they gave me no response. Thanks for your input. Sincerly,
Jim Myzel

rebate scam
Proflowers.com site is VERY mis-leading!!! I ended up paying TWICE their advertised price! They advertise FREE shipping then as you check out tack on a $10 shipping fee. They state that you can submit a rebate claim ONLY AFTER you complete your order. They then email you a rebate offer which requires you to sign up for their "Insiders-Club"!
For all of you saying, "read this and that" and that their site spells out shipping details..bite me!
Internet shoppers BEWARE!!!

Excessive Charges
Proflowers.com is an excellent example of slick marketing and dishonest business practices. They entice you with bold advertising claiming rose flower arrangements for $19.99...a total lie!!!
I recently began to purchase a rose arrangement for Valentines Day for $29.99. The total cost after shipping charges, delivery charges, care and handling charges, more delivery charges was 0ver $65.00...absolutely ridiculous!!! An increase of over 100% from the cost bodly stated in the flower pic! In addition you dont see all the charges till you get ready to click the "pay" button. I canceled the order!
I intend to send a complaint and request for investigation to the Attorneys General of all 50 States. This is a deceptive and dishonest business practice and proflowers.com should be forced to stop or face criminal charges.
Proflowers.com is what is wrong with many large corporations in our country. Deception and slick advertising to take your money!!
I hope others will not purchase from proflowers as well...if enough people stop purchasing from them then their house of cards will fall!!
