On Dec 31 2009, I received a call from Priority Direct Marketing International (PDMI) saying they could reduce the intrest on my high ingtrest credit cards. This all sounded good and I agreed to the service. I was told I would receive a Debt profile form in the mail in 5 - 7 business days. I waited for t weeks and called 14 Jan 10 to find out if there was a problem. I gave them my address again and let them know I work overseas and need the information by 18 Jan 10 or I would have to cansel and get a refund. I never received the form. I called back on 19 Jan 10, and told them I needed a refund because I work out of the country and can't go through the process now. I was told by Priority Direct Marketing International they would not refund my money because the initial 5 days had expired from 31 Dec 09. I told them again I had never received anything from them and they said I was a lier, that they sent the information out. I asked how it was sent, they said my regerstered mail. I said i would have had to sign something if it was sent that way. They also said they send me emails but I never received any of those either. I asked again for a refund and they refused. They said I had to complete the program and if they can't save me $2500.00 then I can file for a refund. I said again I leave tonight and will not be able to complete the program, and I need my credit card refunded. They refused. This is not a legimate company and I will not recommend it to my worst enemy. They are a scam. I am out almost $900.00 with nothing to show. Fox news should look into this company.
