Dear sir/madam

Myself is Prachi.Yesterday that is on 26.11.09 i have sent one courier to the mangalore fromb Bangalore through professional courier via docket no BLR 34504289. it suppose to be reach on 27.11.09 to mangalore .it has reached to mangalore bt the documents which has enclosed inside the envelope has been misplaced.that is some body has robbed it ther is nothing inside the envelope.because when i was sending it i just gumed the cover of the envelope .when my person has got it it was covere with cello tape.
so i request you to consider my compalint and help me to find my document.
