I cannot in good honestly say to my neighbors that I am satisfied with this company. What was talked about in the sales meeting did not happen. I distinctly told them what I wanted done but when it came to the workers with their list things some things were missing off the list. They said it would cost more money to fix their mistake. When they found out that I had old wood siding under the aluminum they said they would leave the wood on but that would make the house look funny around the windows. So I had to add $800.00 to my bill to make the job look right. Then they said they would gather up the nails around the site but I still ended up with four flat tires. I eventually had to replace my tires because of all the plugs that were in them. I also had to finish off their work on areas of the house. Cables were poorly run around the rain spout in two areas. They also busted a hole in the insulated board and tried to cover it up. In doing so they drove nails in the paper which could likely leak water into the house. When I told them about my issues and concerns they could care less. Word of mouth will ruin this company. Would I use them again? Hell NO!
