Online Fraud
Ordered 1 set of 4 posters for $4.99 ea to get points on the MySpace Mobsters game. Received six sets so far. Called the company this morning, as they have no contact info on their website, and spoke to Yolanda. I advised them I wanted my "membership" cancelled when she asked if I did, what membership, I just ordered 4 posters, never signed up for anything. I also told them I was placing the unwanted orders in them mail today. I am contacting the AG's office if I don't receive the refunds promptly or if I receive any more unordered deliveries!

unauthorized charges to my debit card numerous times for $39.08 and $39.80
This company has repeatedly attempted and succeeded to withdraw money off my wifes and my debit card in the amounts of $39.80. They have succeeded twice in two days. August 8th and 10th are the latest withdrawls. We are looking into what they may have taken without authorization before those dates without our authorization. We are now not able to pay our rent and are forced to go to the pawn shop in order to stay in our home! The last order we received yesterday had two posters in the box that were bent and damaged. They charged us almost $40.00 for two paper posters that are not even worth 10 cents! Every attempt to call the company ends up a worthless attempt as they wont answer their phones!

FRAUD
This company (PosterPass.com) uses facebook application games through their EARN FREE COINS BY COMPLETING OFFERS. The offer is to purchase 4 posters for $2 each plus you get a free mug with it. I thought it would be fun for the kids to choose a poster, on 8/2 I authorized $8 to come out of my account. I received the posters on the 7th. I was going to go cancel so no further charges occured but I couldn't log on to my account. I found that very odd. I searched my email for the invoice they were supposed to send and never did. So the only other way I could find them was to look up my bank account and I found I was too late. All three transactions appeared on my account tonight. On 8/7 $39.90 plus some $0.80 fee for who knows what. the same charges appeared for 8/9 and again today 8/11. After seeing hundreds of people taken by this company why can't we sue the pants off of them and throw them in jail? Even if we can't recover our money it would be worth it to me to have them in PRISON! here is what The Customer Service Idiot Jeff has to say about it: (KEEP IN MIND HE KNOWS THIS IS GOING ON BECAUSE EVERYONE HE COMES IN CONTACT WITH HAS THE SAME COMPLAINT!)

Fraud!!!
Posterpass.com is a Fraud!!! I was charged for the 25 dollars for 5 posters the next day I was going to cancel the membership but I got another box 2 posters for 40 buck and they were closed by the time I got off work so I called and cancelled the membership but they told me that they already charged me for another box of 2 posters for 40 buck but if i didnt want them that I could just send them back. the next day I went to the post office and mailed them back WITH A TRACKING NUMBER!!! on 5-1-09 they received the posters back. I called them and they said that they haven't gotten the posters and that the post office holds the returns and they go to pick them up once a week, I taught that was fishy but whatever. I called back in a week cuz they never returned my money. They told me that it was going to take 2 weeks to make the transactions back to my credit card. I work 70 hours a week so It was very hard to keep on top of this but I called 3 weeks later and talked to some who said that they never had my posters returned, I said bullshit! I have a tracking devise on the packages and they were received by them over a month ago! she asked for the numbers to conferm that they were indeed received, and then told me that it would be 2 weeks more for my money back...long story short after 2 1/2 months I called the credit card and filled a dispute and they took the tracking numbers and got me my money back just after 3 months of them receiving my returned posters. I have also contacted the attorney general but they sent me a letter back saying that they sent my complaint to some other agency. Yesterday I got a letter from the department of federal trade saying that my complete was noted but until there is a lot more complaints of poster pass they wont do anything!!! We should all do a class action law suit or everyone take posterpass to small claims for the max in your state, IA is 5, 000 so If everyone that they have screwed over took them to small claims they would lose a lot of money in lawyer fees, travel, and then what ever you get rewarded back in your claim!!! And hopfully go bankrupt!!

Frauds
I'm dealing with these scum bags as we speak, luckly my bank when I use my Debit card puts a pre-authorized hold on these transactions, so i was able to realize whats going on. I just got off the phone with the bank and have canceled my card so these crooks cant steal anymore of my money even before I can talk to them. So far they have debited my account for $8.00+$39.80+$39.80=$87.60 for 4 posters what a joke. Now I have to wait till 10am to call these people and cancel my account, but atleast I have the piece of mind that they wont be able to bleed my account any further and I will dispute the charges with my bank once they post. Wonder if anyone has ever tried to email this [email protected]? Although it is probably a fake email or doesn't except emails from outside people because this guys email would be blowing up. Hey Regor1234 im also from Florida, if you need anyone else from Florida to give the Gov Crist any more documintation don't hesitate than ask. These crooks need to be stopped and I will never ever buy anything else online from survey sites or publishers clearing house. Come on John put your same canned email on my post like you do all them. Not once have you actully tried to explain your companys practices with the people complaining about your company.

Rip off
Ditto what all the other reviews say. Wish I'd read them first. Tricked into ordering while responding to another sweepstakes that came in through a job training class. Beyond ripoff, outright theft. The people behind this scam are greedy detriments to the human race. We're all trying to survive here, why not choose to make money honestly? No doubt what comes around goes around, so they'll get theirs.

Two Additional Charges for 40 Dollars each in Less Than 48 hours
Beware of this website. They lure you in with an offer of 4 posters and 4 mugs for 8 dollars and no shipping cost. The offer requires you to sign up for a membership you can cancel anytime but terms of the membership are such that you will be billed twice a month for additional posters with no mention of frequency charges. I made the mistake of signing up for this thinking I could get the good deal and cancel out as I'm sure other have, but they will debit your account for the "semi-monthly" shipments at the same time as the 8 dollar charge unless you sign into their website and change the "semi-monthly" frequency immediately. I was charged for two addtional shipments in less than 48 hours after ordering the 8 dollar deal. So, buyers beware, this is a scam, the wording of their terms and conditions are very misleading. I am fortunate enough that I can take this small monetary loss without any issue and my bank most likely will refund me before the posterpass.com site does. I know from experience unexpected debits from checking accounts can cause overdrafts and therefore additional charges to consumers and I'd hate for this to happen to someone else. Furthermore, the persons I spoke to on the phone for this site know this is a scam and have no shame for what they are doing and to do such a job is dirty and can only be done by people of questionable character.

Unsavory business practices
I am so annoyed with this company. I too signed up to try their posters out. I decided this was not for me. I received the initial order for posters for $16.00, when I called to cancel my "membership" I was told another order had already gone out & I was charged $39.00 for it ! Now I signed up on June 30, 2009. The initial order went out July1, 2009. The person on the phone told me the next order went out July 3, 2009!!! A manager by the name of Kim told me they could send posted whenever they wanted up to twice a month. I asked to speak to her boss & left a message for Rebecca Ramirez, who has yet to call me back, about this ugly business practice. With this organization you don’t have a chance to cancel your membership because they could potentially send your orders one day apart, then you're stuck with posters you didn't ask for & don't want! And their only resolution is a store credit!!!11 I never want to business with this company again. WHY WOULD I WANT A STORE CREDIT FROM THEM !!! This is why you need attorneys, to deal with companies like this who think they are so slick to offer "memberships" in terms that are so vague you are trapped into spending more money than you ever intended!!! SHAME ON YOU, POSTERPASS.COM!@#$*

EXTRA CHARGES ON DEBIT CARD
I HAD 5 CHARGES ON MY DEBIT CARD AFTER ORDERING 4 POSTERS FOR $2 A PIECE. THERE WAS ONLY A PARTIAL PHONE NUMBER ON MY BANK STATEMENT SO I COULD NOT CALL PP. I CALLED MY DEBIT CARD PROVIDER AND THEY DID A CONFERENDCE CALL AND THE MAN FROM PP TOLD US SOME SONG AND DANCE MY ACCT WOULD BE CREDITED BY BLA, BLA, BLA. MY SIDE INFORMED HIM I USED A DEBIT CARD AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN CREDIT IMMEDIATELY. THEY DISCUSSED BILLING CYCLES BUT I DO THINK MY SIDE WORKED IT OUT.
