The sales associate at this post office was rude and belligerent to me this morning. Someone with such a poor demeanor doesn't belong in a customer facing position. I didn't get his name, I just have his description - a middle aged, tall, slender, african american male. This incident is just one of the many reasons I don't like the U.S. Postal Service. I think we'd all be better served if FedEx or UPS ran this service!!
